I have very bad experience with Infibeam.com, I have done a order for Solar Power bank on 11th Nov.'16 & the product received on 17th Nov'16. After check I found the power bank is faulty. I have reported the complaint to Customer care thorough mobile call & email. On 25th Nov.'16 they pickup the defective & the same was reported to customer care. I have got a mail from Infibeam customer care that it will reached their office after 4-5 days & another 7-10 days for quality check and after that they will replace the product. That means it will take more than one months for procurement.
Where in all other online shops (Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, ebey, shopclue etc.) refund/replacement policy is very smooth. You can log your complaint online in these site and very smoothly they have done refund/replacement. But in Infibeam, no online complaint log policy, first you log the complaint to their customer care by phone and then send all pic (all side of packet, product, product ID etc.) thorough mail to customer care. After that they inform you the complaint ID & accordingly arrange pickup. Then the above process. Its shows very bad image for this online site. Please read all terms & conditions before procure from this site.

I ordered three mobile phones from infibeam.com on October 5th, they didn't shipped the item even after 15 days. They never sent me a mail regarding the delay. I contacted them 4 times, customer service representative said 'Item will be shipped today' first three times. Then, after on 16th day I contacted them to cancel the Order and to get the refund. He told me that it will take 2 days for cancelling the order itself (quiet unbelievable).

Fortunately I used PayUmoney Wallet to payment. I contacted PayUmoney for the refund and they initiated the request and done it. Thankfully, after 15 days I received the cash in my account. Only because of PayUmoney. I understand that. Infibeam will take orders without having products and the user will not get maoney if didn't used any wallets to order the item.

NEVER GO FOR THIS ONLINE THIEF

Given an opportunity to define Infibeam for Oxford dictionary I would choose the below words/ synonyms:

Infibeam is synonymous to:
Utterly slow: Turtles are way faster
Irresponsible: Even a cook (who mixed poison in the food) will look more responsible when compared to Infibeam
Heights of Mismanagement: No-one knows nothing and everybody takes responsibility of delivery as if s/ he will come him/ her-self for the delivery. More or less like a disclaimer (The opinions expressed are the speakers personal views and do not reflect those of his employer or its clients in any way)
Disclaimer-oriented: Everything and anything shown on the site/ or spoken by the company executives is purely fictitious and any resemblance to truth is purely coincidental.

Its been 2 months and am still waiting for my product to be delivered.

A friend of mine had bought a pair of jbl subwoofers for his car. We had gone out for a mini vacation in his car and I had really liked the sound quality of the woofers so decided to purchase it myself for my car. He informed he had purchased it from Infibeam at a very good price. Decided to purchase it from there only as he had a nice experience from their end. After purchase the speakers were delivered to me in 4 days time. Got it installed through my technician. The speakers are working really nice. Would definitely recommend purchasing them for nice sound quality when travelling in your car.

My Order ID is *******.
I booked the item at 1st November, when I place the order it shows that it will delivered with in 3 to 4 working days.
When I didn't get the item at 7th November I called to customer care.
Then they told me that at evening I will get the item.
From 7th November to 12th November I called every day 2 time and they told me to wait.
At 12th November they provide me the tracking code of blue dart which is wrong.
When I called to customer care they didn't give me correct tracking code.
I have never seen this much of bad and uncooperative staff.
Always giving the excuse for delay.
I want to give 0 star rating for this site but I am giving 1star because I have to give minimum 1 star to submit the request.

I will suggest to every one to never buy anything from this site.

Dont buy anything to them they will send u a toy and wil use your money for more than a month until that they will give u wrong promises and will take more than 40 days to replace or refund... they just

Use your money and westing your time... i faced same problem i have oredered for a digital camera and they have sent me teddy bear and when i did call them to reply thay always give me wrong promices and always said that will be done today but today cames after 45 days...

I had placed order for "Panasonic UC24RKY3 2 Ton 3 Star Split AC" on 6th April 2016, and "V-Guard VG 500 Voltage Stabilizer" on 5th april. I am writing this review on 19th April. According to the website, the product ships after 3-4 days. They said shipment date is 11th April and delivery date is 15th April. Till now the product has not been shipped.

I called customer care 4-5 times asking for the status. They always say there is some problem and ask for apologies. When I request to talk to the senior executive, they always said they will arrange a call back. And I never got call back. Later somehow I managed to talk to senior person. He asks for almost a week to update on the shipment details (LOL). After almost a week, he still does not get back to me. I am pissed. I called them and asked them. They say they need 3-4 working days to ship the product again. I said I will give 5 days to ship and asked for 100% guarantee. They say they can not guarantee even for 5 days. Even today the product is available online and it says 3-4 days for shipping. I have attached the screen shot.

Needed a good 1tb hard drive to store my movies and music. Decided to purchase the Toshiba Canvio Simple 1 TB External Hard Disk. Got it within 4 days from Infibeam in good condition. About the transfer speed it depends on the files that u are transferring for eg when i was transferring 60 gb of movies all over 700mb flies it was giving me a constant transfer speed of 25 to 27mbps... and when i was transferring around 20gb of pics and docs and small vid and small files it was giving a speed of around 15mbps, tested this on usb 2.0 dont have 3.0 so cant test the speeds for that...

According to their return policy, I called them to return a product within the 30-day return policy. That call was made in October 2012, and it is now February 2013, but they have not yet processed the pick-up as they promised. Every time I call or email, they promise to forward the request to the concerned department, but no one gets back to me within the promised time. According to their instructions, the product has been packed and ready for pick-up since October 2012, but Infibeam has not yet picked up the product as they promised.

Oh, and I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card holder, and Infibeam sent them a letter saying that I was holding the product back. Well, what can I say? Infibeam has a lot to learn from DailyObjects.com regarding customer service. And please, try to be original. The majority of their website is a copycat from Amazon.com, including the smile under 'Infibeam'. I am not sure if I am the only one, but I submitted a negative review on a product page back in January, which is yet to appear. I have a feeling Infibeam decided not to publish it. Maybe they publish only positive reviews.

Conclusion: I hope that I never have to shop on Infibeam again, but if they ever process the return, they only give out the refund as a store credit. So, I don't know what to do. It's like saying "Here is some money for you to shop where you don't like to shop." STAY AWAY FROM INFIBEAM, especially, if you do not live in a major city.

I bought Padmini MAGIC Juicer Mixer Grinder from MAGIC BOX with much apprehension, but looking at my past good experience from Infibeam I thought of giving it worth a try. The product received had some manufacturing defect where in the top cover was touching with the blades. After following it up with Infibeam they asked me to return the product and the product was re-delivered to my satisfaction. The quality check process before delivering a product could be little improved by Infibeam so that the customer doesn't need to press hard for proving his point but the overall follow-up and the customer executives were very kind in their language and I found it comfortable dealing with them which is completely absent in other popular online site. So now I am on for my next shop with Infibeam.

Kind of worst experience I had with InfiBeam. Really a worst experience in my life.

I have placed an order having order number ******* for iphone 6 plus. The only reason I have placed it in InfiBeam was, because that is my first order and the second reason was In NDTV news it was mentioned as it was the only official retailer for Apple and they will deliver it on the same day i. E oct 17th. Still I didn't get my product and their customer care services were worst. First of all u need to wait in a long queue in the call and they will charge for it too. Then they will promise u with many things and make u believe and they were very smart in that. Their feed back site never works and they will not reply only. All the responses what ever they will tell in the calls were Fake data. By mistake I placed that order and now I dont want to cancel it because I can expect that. For returning my money back. They may take onother 1 year... thats why still Im waiting for my product. I dont know why still many people are not complaining on this. There should be a system to file a case on these kind of Guys.

Can I give a star less than 1... may be something like 0.2 or 0.3?

Before I start, this used to be a good e-commerce site when I started to buy things here lke 2 years ago... but it lost its way in the heavy competition.

Two experiences, both of them worst. Both the times I choose this because they have quoted less price compared to Flipkart and Amazon. Around 500 bucks. Both the times, they did not process the order as they are unable to procure and process the order.

OK, that may happen.
Their customer service, worst of all.
You wait for 15 minutes in queue and the call disconects automatically.
You should really call them very early in the morning or in the midnight.
They take 2--3 days to cancel an order.
They do not work on weekends to cancel an order.
The agents are not polite and do not want to help you out.
They display one and does not provide you that.
There is no reply to the email you send, how many times it may be.
And list goes...

No wonder why the site sucks and nothing compared to Flipkart or Amazon.
I will not advise any one to even think about this website or buying things here...
And if you think I'm wrong, My order number is *******.

This website are cheaters

This website are cheaters. I ordered one item 'Sweets with Delight' contents are 100 kaju katri (Sweet) but when I recieved it was only 4 piece and they ate my 465 rupees.
When I contacted the customer service, they are claiming that it is not 100 piece but 100 Gm. When I said that I know that rate and from where I purcahsed. They said then they are ready to give 50 back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
