Friends, One more victim of infibeam.com here. I ordered Text Book "Distillation Design"( Order no. *******), It showing price Rs. 1977. There are books with same Title "Desitillation Design" price more than Rs. 4000. I conformed the availability of this( Rs. 1977) book before placing order from their Customer care. In the website mentioned delivery time is 3-4 weeks( Coz its international edition have to get from USA). At the end of the delivery day one of executive called me and saying the "SHIPPING CONTAINER IS MISSING". So they can't deliver. They are going deposited money in 3-5 business days. But they havn't deposited till 3 weeks.

After 3 weeks I called them, I asked about the product, they said Its Out of Stock. But I checked in their website same day its In-stock, and DELIVER IN 2-3 Business days. I know its impossible to get in 2-3 days, coz I conformed with publisher from India, its impossible to get International edition coz its printing and shipment from USA. Infibeam.com is cheating. They hold my book and selling for High price after getting book from USA. They are not deposited my money till now.

From my exp., Please dont buy International Edition from infibeam.com. Once you trapped hell of worse Customer Care exp.

Really f... g website... Such an IRRESPONSIBLE, IRRITATING, CULTURE LESS MORONS... No value for CUSTOMERS,,, They only value MONEY and THEIR COMFORTS... I ORDERED Xperia c on 15/06/14 from my friend's profile, which has to be delivered before 19th, not delivered on 20th also. When asking about it, they unnecessarly holds, no response, talking like IRRITATING manner. They even said they cant assure that when it will be DELIVERED, Because they have not done SHIPPING only. I ordered for my sister who was going to abroad on 21st, they said they cant DO COMMITMENT... If you cannot do COMMITMENT why yu a... h... es doing such f... n business. Was going to buy grand 2 fom this site but thank god before that got flowers for 550 rupees.The deliery was suppose to be made on 20th mar, but undelivered till 21st i received a message that contact information was wrong. I called cancelled my order said there is no point delivering them as they were for an occasion so now refund my money.so politely they agreed but again i got a mail that now they will be delivered on 26th. I called again that i asked for refund they said ok. Again i got a mail that delivery attempt was made so no refund.So frustrated I am but thank god i did not buy a big thing from this f**** site. Total fraud. Call center $#*!es just repeat the same thing that sir attempt was made. I said now i didnt get the flowers and u kept my money also.so they said sir attempt was made. This site should be shutdown. Everywhere negative review they are just cheating. Have no contact with the vendors and may be have none. Everyone should log a complaint in consumer court which are going to be many as i can see everywhere negative reviews.And guess what if you write product review or feedback they dont post it instantaneously. They go through scanning from their department and if the like it(if it is positive) then only they will post. Cheaters have found good way to steal money. Never Ever ever shop from INFIBEAM.

I purchased my phone from Infibeam on 22nd of March. I was promised delivery according to the website by 27th of March, but it was delivered to me late by 28th of March.
The product was damaged with scratches on the back panel.
It took N no. Of calls from my end and emails to get the product picked up. All these reviews about the issues just being tossed between the vendor and concerned departments is true. As a customer, you will just feel being dragged for paying them, that's all. They will juggle things, give you fake promises about how they'll get back with the information.

The product was return was finally authorized on 30th of March. And I was given a pickup schedule date for 2nd April. Even the pick up was a day late, without any AWB no.

I requested them to give me the store credit, but after days of haggling with them, they came back to me saying no as their vendor is not ready for the same.

I dont understand what a customer has to do with the phone being a dead stock with vendor. It was their responsibility to not to ship a defective product in the first place. Even after my mails and requests(million requests and phone calls for following up for the same), the re shipped the replacement.
It arrived today, and guess what?
Another Scratched phone!

Both phones did not have an HTC seal and was sealed with an Airtel seal which was duly informed to them in the earlier mail.

I dont know about how many people actually did file a consumer court complaint. But If I do not get a desired/satisfactory resolution to this. I am filing a court case with regards to this latest by Thursday.

Donot buy anything from infibeam. They just cheat and play with customers. I have very Bad experience with inbfibeam.
Customer response is very poor and never bother about the customer complain. They use to deliver defective product and if customer claim for refund then after start the tragedy like hell.

Infibeam Delivered defective product. Then after i claimed for replace/refund. They took next 15 days (12-aug-14) to collect the defective product. And said that after check the product it will be replace/refund to you. So i keep waiting for next 15 day but i didnot get any update, so i called to customer care (which is really like hell service) for update and i got update that ptoduct is not yet received to proper warehouse it is still@ your location warehouse and after 2 days it will be received to delhi warehouse then the shopper will check and update you. So please wait for another 2 days. So i though just a mistake happen by warehouse guys. So till than it was ok.
After that i called more than 10+ time each time they just gone with different excuses and ask for 2 more days which is still not over. Its already been 70+ days. And till now (8th Oct 14) i keep waiting for the refund/replace.

This is how infibeam play with customer.

Its the worst e-commerce site I have ever shopped with. They sell fake products and when you ask for return orders, they show some dam rules. After that even though they take them, it will take more 3 months and always customers need to contact them through mail / phone. And they say they are working on it. The most worst customer service lies with these people. They dont use their BRAINS at all. Whenever we mail them for information, you dont even get a response to that mail atleast for courtesy sake. Its a site which is running by some courtesy less people. Shipping will be around 2 weeks for each commodity.

My summary is: PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS IN THIS SITE. Because its not only waste of money, Its waste of time by keep track of thing with yourselves.

I honestly believe out of 10 for everything, they can be awarded with -10 for each thing. They doesn't do an ykind of shopping experience better and NEVER expect them to keep CUSTOMER GOODWILL. Neither they have it nor they try earning it.

I buy a tablet oninfibeam i got a defective product i made a complaint in intime. But they respond in after 3 days and send the photographs of my product i will send it after 3 days they visist me to bsnl service center to get doa from them i did it. Now theyagainn the replacement will be provided by serive center it self they said but the service center people said they just provide doa only what i should do now Disgusting very bad experinece with infibeamm reallyyyy my order id is *******. Infibeam is the most unprofessional online stores that I have ever come across.
I had ordered an Iphone Gold coulor on 3rd Feb and the item is still not shipped (today being 16th Feb) eventhough they say the product would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Contacted them several times in the 1st week after placing the orded and the only update was that they were in the process of procuring the product. Later after 1 week they informed me that the phone is not available in the Gold colour that i ordered and to change the colour. I hesitated to change the colour coz I didnt want to compromise on the colour when i was paying them 58K. The product was still shown available in their website in the same colour. After I contacted them again after 2 days for the update, they then said that still the product is not availble in that colour and that they have updated the website with the same.
They say they procure the phone directly from Apple and that Apple do not have stock of Iphone Gold. Seriously, do you believe that? Finally on 13th day they are asking me to cancel the order or wait till infinity. Trust me, they were not ashamed to say that.
I am very disappointed with the service the customer care provide.

I had ordered the product after seeing the 5 star reviews in the site. Now I understand that those are all fake reviews.

Bought reading glasses of +1.25 power.
They sent me that of +2.5.
On contacting customer care they said that on opening of infinibeam webpage AND searching for a product doesnt gurantee that its the same product that you want, please confirm from customer care if the product is same what you want! Even refused for return/exchange/complaint upgrade?

Wonder how will one have confidence in purchasing from website where you dont know that the webpage which has opened is the same youve searched for.

If you buy on infibeam.com you are sure to loose your money, I have placed Order No: ******* for whirpool washing machine worth *******/- on 1- May-2014, only update I saw on 2-May "Order Approved shipping in progress". Since then there is no update, after several calls to customer service they kept me giving false assurances, and blaming there other departments for product procurement.

They said that "we order products from different vendors after we receive orders on our website, and we are still awaiting reply from vendors for your washing machine, so its there fault not ours". SHOCKING right!

How can infibeam take orders if they do not have product that they are claiming to sell?

I brought from infibeam.com and I paid on there website, so how come its not infibeam's fault.?

What vendors and how do I know which vendor they are talking of?

When I asked for refund of my money, I got the reply that refund will take 35-40 days and we will not be able to help to get full refunds, as we just send money back to bank and if you do not get money you need to follow up with bank its not our responsibility. SHOCKING again right!

So they asked me " as you have waited so long, to wait few more days and see if they can get the product from vendors and ship it? WOW are they doing some charity or am I seeing a nightmare?

I am frequent ecommerce customer and I have purchased on several sites but never seen such kind or irresponsible answers and attitude.

Its a pure scam, and so today I have lodged and FIR under IPC 419,420 against Founder of infibeam.com Mr. Vishal Mehta and awaiting the actions against him.

So guys if you too face such issue just lodge a complain with police, do not waste your time with there customer service people.

I have given three order on 6 march
1. Philips SHM1900-93 Stereo PC headset(Order no: *******)(rs 319)
2. Strontium 8GB MicroSD (Black, 8 GB)(order ID: *******),(rs 277)
3. Strontium 4GB MicroSD Card (Class 4) (Black, 4 GB) Sub Order - *******
After order they deduct my money ( RS. 319+277), then they told me your order will shipped by 9 march 2013, after five days they cancelled my order and they dont refunded my money, they are telling that contact to bank for returning the money, i go to bank and bank manager told me that company wiil return your money we are not responsible. So infibeam is cheating me and they are fraud, by this activity of infibeam i am very puzzled and mentally disturb how can i believe such type of company, they are totally fraud and cheater, so i urge to u all buyer do not purchase any thing from infibeam, most of people in my hostel suffering this type of problem.
If you will not return my my money then i will complain in consumer forum
