Such a bad experience with Infibeam.
I ordered Rakhi for my brother on July 29.. since rakhi was on 7th August.
From past 7 days delivery status says 'In Transit'.What does that mean?Customer service is horrible. They don't know where product is...every time they say the same what I can see 'In transit'. Does it really take 10 days to deliver a product?
when I asked for cancellation,they said shipment have been done,we can't cancel. Even rakhi ddin't reach on time..
I will never use Infibeam again and will suggest others to be careful.
