Indianroots is my favorite shopping website and I as per my experience I can say that this is one of the most genuine shopping site. The products are of high quality and the customer care team is also very supportive and helping. I have never faced any problem while dealing with this website. I feel that this site is a bit on the costlier side but again the high price is justified due to the supreme quality of the supreme quality

Extremely disappointed! I live outside of India and have shopped indian ethnic wear via various other websites and have never been so disappointed as this purchase. First off, the pictures on the website are no way closer to the actual item. Secondly, the quality is so cheap that i felt like cheated. I would have returned the items but the customer care is so bad, nobody responds and i gave up on them finally. Therd should be aome accountability for these websites, just because we are buying online doesnot mean they can sell any piece of crap and not care about returns.

Even I would like to share my experience with Indianroots. I was looking for Lofers on different website but could not find it anywhere the type which I wanted. Then while surfing the face book I came across Indianroots. Though I don’t trust any of the online shopping sites but I thought of going through this site once. And I must say that the variety of stuff that has been provided by them was good, I also got the type of lofers that I wanted. It was my first experience of buying stuff from Indianroots and It was one of the best experience.

Please, think twice before purchase anything from this site. I ordered some clothes on this site and it's been two months still didn't get anything. Everyime I chat with their customer service they lie and give me wrong info. Their representatives are so rude, careless and disrespectful. They are so unfaithful to their customers. I wouldn't even recommend my enemy to this site. Stay away!

Worst shopping experience of my life with indian roots... I ordered some items on feb 25th 2015(prepaid) and after repeated followups some of the items were delivered that too after 35 days. I Now after 3 months that too after repeated enquiries for refund they are telling due to technical error they cannot refund the money to my debit card account and they need all details of my bank account to initiate the refund. Can we trust these people? Liars... cheaters... Negative ratings for the websites..

I ordered something in December, finally got on March 10th, I also chased them a lot, but may be I was lucky or there customer service has limited people I always got connected with a sensible girl Lenakshi, she always helped me sensibly and finally got my product. Quality is also fair enough. Though I will think twice before shopping with Indianroots still if such human's are there then can be survived.

This website has a lot of variety and I was stunned to see so many classy designs all at one place! I was really impressed and I ordered a lot of stuff from this website yesterday. I am eagerly waiting for my order to get delivered! I hope it's going to be really good!

I was unaware of indianroots and one day my cousin sister asked me if I have ordered anything from indianroots then I came to know about the popularity of this website and while I researched all in internet about this site and found its trustable and ordered a dress for my cousin in this december first week and its takes minimum time as compared to other e-commerce website. It takes just 2-3 days to deliver the dress. I haven’t expected that minimum time just because I paid online for that dress and I was worried just because of online shopping but indianroots make me totally wrong and proved that this is the best platform to shop online.

Initially I had a lot of trust on this site. I had baught a saree and it was very good. But then I bought 3 suites from Indian roots. They were initially for around 100 $ each. ON sale I got them for around 25 $ each. But I must say that the quality of product displayed and in real was very different. Low quality and over priced. I wonder how could they sell these suites for 100 $ each when not on sale. The display on website and the real product was very different. The fineness which was seen on site was not present.

Around a year ago we connected with Indianroots.com (E-commerce venture by NDTV). Now we are not getting payments from them. The credit period as per agreement was 45 days, but its more than 7-8months now. I received my first order on 3rd day of launching my products on their website. First they were not replying to our mails and phones. Then I called them repeatedly and then they told us to pay in 2nd week of October, but did not. Then they told 2nd week of January, but now they are saying 2nd week of March. They are not following agreement. They are just holding and using our funds. Even after being a big brand like NDTV, they are just cheating. Do not buy anything or sell anything on this fraud website. I checked on Google there are many sellers like me who are trying to get their payments.

I have ordered a dress order no. ******* on 8th of September 2016 and explicitly mentioned that it is urgent and I need it before 30th of Sept.

Being a NDTV venture, I assumed you have at least have the audacity to tell me if you are unable to fulfill my order. You promised me a delivery on or before September 27th. Now you do not acknowledge or respond to my emails. It is already so ridiculous that you do not have any phone support in this century. On top of that, your email support is even more off-putting.
