Being a NDTV venture, I assumed you have at least have the audacity to tell me if you are unable to fulfill my order. You promised me a delivery on or before September 27th. Now you do not acknowledge or respond to my emails. It is already so ridiculous that you do not have any phone support in this century. On top of that, your email support is even more off-putting.
