Indian Cloth Store is great place for online shopping and i get all brands in one roof all men and women. They have wide variety in clothes.The prices are reasonable.

The service was timely as they mentioned. However, the Bollywood replica lehnga was not what was shown in picture. The material was completely different, which looked a bit cheap. The management will never admit their mistake. I ended up keeping the lehnga-choli even though I might never wear it. They definitely don't stand behind their product. Their prices are very reasonable... maybe that's one of the reason why the product wasn't good. I would stick to getting custom made from boutiques.

I have NEVER purchased anything online before. I was little hesitating in the beginning to purchase my sharwal kameez. The representative was super polite and helpful reassuring me the products would be exactly as i saw them online. I ordered and waited. I decided to look up reviews and some were just horrible. I was super terrified. And wondered "Oh God if people had these bad experiences then what about me?" I am have bad luck in getting things that i really like. My package came exactly 2 weeks later as promised! I literally fell in love with my items and received so many compliments from family and friends. I could not be happier! I ordered two salwar kameez, only one arrived after 4 weeks, (which was perfectly and beautifully stitched). When I contacted the company regarding the unfulfilled item I was informed they could not secure the material. I requested for a refund, they responded "already processed." It has been 3 weeks, still no refund.
I am very disappointed with the dishonesty, I wished IndianClothStore is more upfront and honest, inform their customer when they are unable to fulfill an order.

I recently bought 2 outfits, both poorer quality than they were advertised on the website. The fit was not ideal and they are not giving me a refund even if I pay for postage on account that it's as per my order. Complete waste of money, complete con, they have not only lost a customer but their reputation. Now they are hassling me with wanting my measurements and pictures of the garments. Will not be buying from here. Ever. Will not be recommending this company to others.

You know how you usually look at a picture and when the item comes in, it's much cheaper looking, flat, dull? Not with Indian Cloth Store. We purchased 5 assorted outfits for a wedding we are going to and every one of them was absolutely beautiful. We also purchased jewelry to go with them and it was far above the quality we expected for the price we paid. They also rushed the items for me so we could get them before we left town. We had a query around the customization so ended up phoning. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the option to review proofs of the design before committing was very welcome.
