STAY AWAY if you want quality items, value and customer service. Firstly ordered for Eid and cancelled item two weeks before Eid leaving with me no time to order any other item. Second item was sent even if I requested to cancel it. Damaged item arrived and upon enquiring said they will charge me 25% upon return, charge me for shipping and give me a store credit for the remaining 75%. The worst policy and customer service! Never ordering from here again!
As a lady in UK I ordered over the net a suit to be custom made for my sons wedding. This arrived on time and was absolutely amazing... safe to say no one else will have the same suit on the day!

I ordered a salwar kameez end of Sept. 2020 and paid with prepayment as usually happens. I am situated in Germany. Indianclothstore told me that they had not received the payment. Payment transfer was 3 times carefully checked by the bank (all bank data details were correct)and confirmed that the money was successfully transferred and credited on their bank account. Proofs by my bank have been submitted to them. They refused to submit proof from their own bank that they have not received the payment. Indianclothstore neither returned my payments nor have I received any salwar kameez.
I ordered a dress described as being the colour maroon. I received a dress that was bright red. Not only had they falsely advertised the colour of the dress but the material was so bad and itchy that I was honestly shocked at how they are still running. Refund policy is not good so do not rely on that. I'm am convinced any 5* review is fake. Please save your money guys as this website is a scam.

I ordered my suit wasn't good fit and finishing is just below average. I did ask for getting it fixed and they asked for photos with measuring tape to prove its not their fault. But that didn't happen now they stopped responding. If you do something which is not quite right, try to accept that and refund the money.
Just received the package with only one of the shipment but other one was cancelled due to covid delay. Quality of cloth was really good for the price paid (comparing to order I made in amazon us that was $100). Perfect for the occasion. Great customer service and received on time.
