I was a regular customer to this online store. I had very bad experience with my recent purchase. Quality of the clothes is horrible. Just like the road side shop quality also blouse stitched with horrible measurements. I simply vasted my money by buying from this store. Earlier this is not the case..

I was really skeptical to order at first but when I got my dress it was exactly like the picture. No actually it was better than the picture! Great customer service and they also confirm everything with me before stitching. Got a lot of compliments too. Will recommend this website.

I am a very happy customer. This was my first time when I place order online for Indian outfit. Believe me I was not sure what do I get it. Just received the package with only one of the shipment but other one was cancelled due to covid delay. Quality of cloth was really good for the price paid (comparing to order I made in amazon us that was $100). Perfect for the occasion. Great customer service and received on time. The service was timely as they mentioned. However, the Bollywood replica lehnga was not what was shown in picture. The material was completely different, which looked a bit cheap. The management will never admit their mistake. I ended up keeping the lehnga-choli even though I might never wear it. They definitely don't stand behind their product. Their prices are very reasonable... maybe that's one of the reason why the product wasn't good. I would stick to getting custom made from boutiques.

Im a big girl, and it's hard to find things that fit me well and look presentable. When my friend told me that her wedding was requiring traditional Indian wear I was at a loss as to where to go. Buying clothes online is always a bargain regardless of size but even more so when you exceed average measurements. I was very surprised to receive a seemingly small package, but when I opened it there was a gorgeous Indian princess dress that fit exactly to the measurements I provided. I am so so happy and will gladly come back to order from here again since I have a lot of Indian friends and a lot of Indian weddings I'll be attending in the future. Super customer service, very patient and kind people. I never felt prettier putting on a dress. Absolutely Gorgeous!

Bad quality. Jacket did not fit and trousers were an entirely different colour.

I was afraid when I started reading reviews minutes after my purchase. But they really delivered!
The team were there to help with any modification. I demanded refund for some of the items and I got it within 48hours and the remaining items arrived a day before the delivery time. I am very happy with them and I will be buying more stuffs from them. Thank you once again, guys!

I live in New York and I've tried a lot of websites for Indian and Pakistani clothes and they never met my satisfaction. But then I found this website and it's great. The material is great quality and so is the stitching and washing it did not ruin my clothes, it still looks new. I'm very happy with this website I definitely recommend it.

Very, very bad service and sewing is not good at all, very bad. They cannot sew. And don't report back either. That is no service if you don't solve the problem with the customer. Simply shameThat is not how it works. I bought for 170 € and now he can't write back anymore shame.

STAY AWAY if you want quality items, value and customer service. Firstly ordered for Eid and cancelled item two weeks before Eid leaving with me no time to order any other item. Second item was sent even if I requested to cancel it. Damaged item arrived and upon enquiring said they will charge me 25% upon return, charge me for shipping and give me a store credit for the remaining 75%. The worst policy and customer service! Never ordering from here again!

Their service is disgraceful.UR item is not as per description. They flaw in their commitment 2 customers n on their special day. I hv been very patient 2 resolve. But now they've stoped taking my calls and responding to my messages. **PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE U BUY**these people promise me a stitched lengha which I paid 4. But thn they sent me unstitched after repeated request 2 share what size d lengha is.And it didn't bfit. Promise made 2 resend but thn refuse 3 wks b4 our function**absolute disgrace**

It was cheaper than other similar online retailers. Not the cheapest though. They delivered fast. Standard size stitched garment fits weird, top part will have to be remade by my tailor so that it fits standard size women. The "bad tailoring techniques" is common issue for all Indian online retailers who sell garments made from semi-stitched or ready-to-stitch clothes sets - they don't put darts for breasts (or do so incorrectly), they don't cut the sleeve cap to make a typical "set-in" sleeve so sleeves never fall naturally with arms down.
