Hi, i have received my stuff on time with perfect stitching,, if you provide the proper measurement, you will not go wrong.
Quality of the material is really good. In my case i am happy, what i expected is received. Though, i was bit scared in the initial stage of ordering, but i experimented on line purchasing. But result is good.
It was waste of money. They completely mess up my dress... Did not fix the for problem. Dress size was out of proportion. They did not want to solve any of the stitching issue... I could not wear any of the dress... My money was down the drain... Please don't waste your money there. When they want order they return your calls anytime but now these stupid guys not responding my call. But they will see Now what is next.
The dress bought by me is worth the price, the fit is as though tailored just for you, the material is awsome much better than expected. This is one store to be trusted. I recommended many of my customers. I want to buy more of these dresses. I wish them good luck in 2018.
I received my order within 4-5 days it was really amazing how fast they deliver the goods And the fabric was super, exactly like the photos, one thing I didn't like is I thought the pants also will be semi stitch but it was stitched already so it didn't fit my mom but overall everything was super! I for sure i will order again!
I never shop online because I worry about the product quality but I ordered a white dress and it looked exactly like the picture and it fit great! I'm really happy with how fast it got here and how well they had worked on it! I'm shopping here again, soon!
I ordered kareena jacket style suit.
Threads were coming off and when I emailed them. They asked me to send it back when I said it will cost me a lot they offered 20% discount and in actually there us no discount they charge you whatever they want.
I have to chase them. They are not bothered to help

I ordered anarkali Suit from the United States. I was little worried like how the stitching(mainly fit) will be. But I was really happy with the stitching. It was so perfect. Customer service is also good. They respond to emails in timely manner which is another good thing..
Indian Cloth Store has a good service. Whenever I have questions about a product or the delivery time they are always honest, very kind and do their best to dispatch the order on time. I have ordered many times and always got it on time.
Just received my order and the work done by the team is great. From beginning to end I was in touch with them and I received quick replies to my queries. Stitching is great and even got my products 7 days ahead. More over the Colours and work is exactly same as on the site.

I recently discovered indianclothstore on online. Was little hesitant to buy. Glad that i brought a lehenga.
Have received my parcel this week. The lehenga have been stitched to the perfection with good quality.
And their customer service personnel (vipul) he really looked after me with a superb service each time of contact. Goes extra mile to help his valued customers with extensive product knowledge.

Bought 3 anarkali s at the start of the year. Received it more than a month later. The first anarkali was just disgusting. It was a cheap replica with holes and rips. Couldnt believe what they had sent me. The other dresses were OK but it was the wrong size! Very disgusting. A word of advice to everyone. Always buy from paypal and if you recieve horrible clothing like I did. File a dispute show evidence and you will get your money back from the store. Its funny they never once replied to my emails but as soon as I opened a case against them on paypal they responded immediately. I got all my money back
WARNING don't buy from this store. I ordered 3 salwar kameez on 24/09/14 - one month later I received 2 of the salwars and I still haven't received the 3rd item! I asked them about the delay and their reply was "your last product is in manufacturing process so will take time". Also, they will not give you refund, you have to choose another item! They're a fraud! If they don't have the fabric or item in stock then they should've removed it from the website. Worst customer service! I will never shop with them again!
I bought two salwaar kameez and one lehenga from Indian cloth and I am very happy with the clothes. I was a bit skeptical at first when reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I received my clothes! They have been made to measure. Lovely team to assist you. Anish did an amazing job and always kept me in the loop. He even arranged a call to confirm the measurements and gave a few advices! The clothes were the same as in the pictures on the website and the delivery is also on time! Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend to others, and order more from Indian cloth!
I order 3 outfits from them, the alterations was awful they took in the side of the fabric and the fabric on the inside is very bulky. The dress in the picture was nothing that I expected I hate the way they all fit and looked. I will never buy from them again. Hey did not alter any thing right.

Do not buy from Indian cloth store. They sent me the wrong size blouses and lied I Sent those measurements. They then told me to send back ( I had to pay postage) and when the blouses were returned, they made no adjustment to it! They completely lied about it and are fraud company so do not buy from here.
We have a wedding coming up, shopping in India would not be an option due to time restraints. Thus I ordered the most beautiful saree from this site. It was meant to arrive on the 29th but here it is, on the 24th! I am so so glad. We were initially worried that the work may have been compromised due to it being finished so fast. However it's perfect. Colours, stitching, everything. I would definitely recommend this site. Always kept you in the loop too with updates on what was happening. Would definitely order again! The pictures posted by the negative commenters show a huge difference in the actual that was shipped and what was ordered. And these are not minor errors. And it seems like the company did nothing to rectify their mistakes other than asking these people for their order numbers.
Unfortunately there are no pictures posted by people making positive comments about the company which is kind of shady. That makes me question their comments and the website.
I come from a huge family and am always looking to order in bulk as I have tons of events to go to. However, after reading these reviews, I have to reconsider before I place my order.
