My cousin has told me about this site. So I browsed the site and placed an order of cakes for my mother's bday. They have a lots of cake design. I booked a strawberry flavor cake which my likes most. Prices of the cake are very nominal. They delivered cake on time. The customer services is satusfactory.
Recently ordered a fruit cake from Indiacakes for a farewell in the office. The cake was great and was highly appreciated by all my colleagues. We even ordered a bouquet of lilies from there, which was also very beautiful and the flowers were fresh. Full marks to the flavors, design and the quality of the cake and full marks to the timely delivery as well. It's my mistake actually that I ordered from here, I now looked at the reviews here and everybody is saying the same thing.
They took money when I placed an order on 26th Sept'23 for the delivery to be done on 30th Sept.
Now today at 30th Sept they asked me to pay more! More for what?
Did I change my order? No
Did I change my address? No
Did I made any sort of changes in anything? No
But still I need to pay extra for delivery charge they said.
To cut things short, I had to pay as they would not deliver my cake and it was my Mom's birthday.
Finally the cake reached her, it was not Butterscotch flavor which I ordered and paid for...
There was no message over the cake at all...
They just screwed the occasion.
I really want to abuse them badly, but my conscious doesn't allow. They took extra money to screw us extra and screw the occasion.
Plz stay away. Rest is your choice.

They are frauds
They are frauds. Ordered the cake, They didn't deliver nor refunded the amount.
100% Fraud
Don't order anything from here, you just gonna wats your time and lose your money. I ordered here twice and my order never delivered. They just gave me coupons as a refund which I can't use. So they just took my money and never delivered anything
I had booked a cake on 22nd of Dec morning, Expected to deliver on 23rd atleast. I called the customer care service and cross verified if they can deliver to my address on time and there was a big "YES".
You know what I ended up with, telling raw materials are not available to make cake and I get coupons for the money I paid. It was a nuisance. You are not fit to run business, don't play with your customers.
I ordered a cake to be delivered in thrissur, kerala. Full payment was taken. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th and my family informed me few days later that no cake was received. Nobody called or informed me. When i called them, they said they didnt deliver because of distance. At least someone could have informed me and i would have made alternative arrangements. They then said they will refund me and despite many calls and messages, no refund received as well. WORST SERVICE EVER!
