The cake taste really good! But my review regarding delivery, I have to say it was really a bad experience. I have to call 3times to the office from U. K to refund my money back, bse the item was not delivered on time. Then a kind lady gave an option to deliver the items on coming days after 3weeks of my parents 's wedding Anniversary.
I always order cakes from the IndiaCakes website. It is very easy to use and it also provides very easy online payment mode via GPAY. IndiaCakes takes care of everything from taste to delivering on-time. Great work!

I have ordered a cake for 750rs. Later I got a mail to pay additional 250rs for delivery. So I asked to cancel the order and refund the amount. Not even single reply from them. I have called more than 10 times and one lady picked up the call and she said I will refund the amount with coupons. It's been morethan a month still I dint get any coupons and no reply to any of mail. Please be aware. Don't place an order its totally waste and worst to the core..
Don't know how this company got 3 out of 5! Very strange! We had ordered cake from Indiacakes for my nephew's birthday on 10th July 2022. After booking cake which was shown online as delivery free and also all money payed, we were asked just before delivery to pay additional amount of 250 Rs! When we refused and cancelled order they said ok pay only 100 Rs and we will deliver cake! When we told them we have cancelled order and to refund amount they delivered cake even after cancellation at given address! On top of it the cake was spoilt and stale! We have still not got refund for our cancelled order. They told us to send photo next day of bad cake but our relatives had already thrown it in garbage, so no photos. Please don't order cakes from this hopeless and 'chindichor' company! Really pathetic esp customer representative on phone, mannerless and cheap.
Cakes and flowers at india cake are good quality. I must really say that it is the best cake shop which gives you the best quality. There are different kinds of cakes as per your favorite flavors. It's very delicious and one must really try it out.
I order cake on 25 oct but till date 28th my cake not delivered. I paid extra money for fast delivery. Then after same day they ask me for extra money I have no option I paid that too. I keep calling them but no response. They are fake frauds useless
I have booked a cake and flowers on the occasion of my wifes birthday - As i was out of town.
First of all they said they wont be able to deliver it at midnight in zirakpur.
I made a request of delivering the cake and flower on 22 nd september 2018 after 2 pm.
And today is 23rd september - after making numerous calls and waiting - i got a reply without any shame that - u want to deliver this order today or we should process return.
What a pathetic service and behaviour.
And for refund they are telling to send the mail - they dont take verbal request
I wanted to send you a quick note to let you now how much WE LOVED the cake. I cannot put into word how amazing it was. You totally WOWed me. The cake looked breathtaking and it was so yummy! Everyone at the shower could not stop talking about it.

******* order number was not delivered. Purchased flowers online to deliver to my friend on her bday. They did not deliver on time claiming to make extra delivery charges. I made extra payment, did several follow ups for 4 days continuously still failed to receive proper response, no delivery was being made & my guest was being humiliated on phone. They misbehaved with her, called her liar, when I asked for the proof of delivery, nothing was provided. My guest was being humiliated over the phone. Very bad service.
I have orderd a cake prior to 2 days of delivery and also have mailed to them regarding the flavor of the cake but instead of pinnaple flavour they sent chocolate and the quality was worst. I trusted this site but got disappointed also i have sent the pic of the cake which i received on their site which was not even 1% of the charges which they took also it was wrong flavour delivered, i have connected to the customer care many times but they have not taken any action and asked to drop a mail. I have given extra delivery charges as they said its a outer area though it was not. Really got very disappointed.

I tried on-call support and they are really quick and awesome. I will refer the website to my friends and relatives too.

It's the most unprofessional and pathetic services from India cake. I ordered birthday cake on 19th April 2021 after the payment they emailed me back by saying 200 rs additional required for delivery as the location is far away. After I paid extra 200 for delivery till today the cake delivery has not reached at all. Now the date is 20th April 2021 9.30 pm india time. I'm keep calling them no one is picking and no live chat to do. Morning they confirmed on customer service that it will be delivered by 4 pm then they said 7 pm and now it's 9.30 pm. It has not reached yet. Hopeless service. 1st time I ordered and I have such a bad experience. For sure I will never ever order from here again. And request people not to order as your loved ones will keep waiting for your surprises which is not good at all. They need to value each order with love and respect then only they will get success.
