1500rs worth Birthday cake not delivered and they are not replying to refund request, when called they informed that the order was held back because the size of cake was less than a kilo and they asked another 500 for the order to proceed, in such cases they should have called and checked instead of holding the order, I will never recommend them

The website needs to modify to accept proper order, though l order to the same delivery address, still they take delivery charge for each order, my question is why do they accept without proper manners and trouble the customers! Really hell business!
