Had been the most terrible experience with the overall service.
Photo Cake & 2 other items order were placed after checking the review & post code.
Cake has not reached on the date though extra amount was paid for after 2pm delivery.
After daily numerous calls, cake finally reached at the address on 4th day.
No status update till date though I was continuously requesting for it on my every follow up call. Not even after delivery.
Photo can hardly be seen on the cake.
Fruits, especially orange is not fresh at all. Don't know the condition of others.
Had asked for Pista sweets but the item delivered was nuts/dates etc.
Customer service is equally not up to the mark. Wish it was more a customer service as per the term than a business as such.

This site provides pathetic service. I ordered 2 times. Once it got cancelled after paying. I even got a confirmation call but at the end they cancelled that cake. 2nd time when I ordered I made payment and it was confirmed. After a day I got a mail for paying extra 100/- for delivery. That was not mentioned on site. And when I said to cancel as I dint want to pay extra they denied for refund. Without any choice I paid extra bucks and yet got a wrong product. Delivered worst quality of cake. This site is headache.

I would give 0 starts if available. They delivered a different product, charged 3 times the proce and put the delivery on hold for additional 250 RS. Delaying the Birthday cake delivery. Their website is fake stating same day delivery, the chocolates were poor quality

I order cake on 28-apr-21, order no: *******, Rs 449.10, not delivered, mailed, followup call- they gave coupon code: DISCDAGN#6148 again order (no: ******* u can check in indiacakes.com) as cake price 549, paid difference, mins later got sms to pay Rs150, called them to clearify; they said no need to pay well delivery by 7 pm. But not delivered. Called them in evening - they said will deliver it. But cake not delivered. No refund till date, they r fraud. Pathetic. Request google to ban this app.

Ordered a cake for 18th. While ordering there was no additional fees mentioned, but on the day of delivery, they asked for additional fees and even after paying it, it was not checked from their end adn was not delivered until i checked with on 20th! Highly disappointed and will not be using this site again for ordering again.

Fraud company! Do not buy anything from them. They dont complete their order neither they will refund you. You have to keep chasing them to everything but after receiving money they will give a $#*! to you.

They have not any valid policy, they are ask for extra money after the full payment of the product. If the extra charges are need to apply then they can told/ notify the total amount which will be pay by the customer before the online payment. If customer are willing to buy with extra charges then he can buy but if customer pocket didn't allow then he may go for other option but they hide an extra payment burden until you didn't buy the product. Although you order the product and you want to cancel the order then they didn't back your money on your bank account they are giving a coupon which is redeemed only for their product means if you want to use your money then you need to buy their product which they serve at any rate. It's very painful that once you pay and chancel order from this company then you are restricted to buy their product from that money which is actually your money.
