I was planning to purchase a cake for my sister's birthday and came to know about this. They helped me out in every aspect like my budget and also the type of cake that can be ordered. I was confused upon which flavour to be ordered and also they helped me through and I got the best cake.
I ordered a cake, and asked them to update the address with confirmation email, After calling couple of times also they do not give proper response. They asked me for additional payment Rs 250 after processing earlier payment saying that the address is far from their delivery center and my order is on hold. So i have asked them to refund my money back, They are saying that they will pay in Coupons only
After disappointment from the serivce, do we except to order again n again from them.
Still no response after 24 hrs

I search indiacakes online. And i found this site very genuine so i ordered cake for my sister's birthday and they delivered on time and the quality and packing was also very presentable. That was truely what they have shown in their site.
Very Disappointed with the online purchase through India cakes. Ordered 10 exquisite Orchids and 10 Roses were delivered. And the birthday message was on a piece of paper. Contacted customer care, was told the orchids were out of stock so delivered roses.
When the customer has ordered and paid for Orchids, it is very unprofessional to conveniently change the order without approval. The piece of paper was the most careless attempt seen!

This is a fraud website and they just gulp ur money and will never deliver ur product, they will charge u extra in the name of delivery during the day of product delivery and thy will hold it until you pay extra delivery charges and still they will never deliver the product.
Be aware of this fraud company n save ur money n time dnt book any product from them they r cheaters n we need to raise this to the police or cyber crime branch

Best cake delivery service provider. IndiaCakes is not fraud company. They provide cake delivery on time. I am customer of this company and for every occasion I order from IndiaCakes. I love their cake. If somebody will ask for IndiaCakes reviews I always admire their services.
Good service however team should revert back if any concerns atleast one day in advance and not on the same day, luckily I checked mail if not delivery would have delayed. Will be great if more premium cakes are on the page instead of monginis, there more higher brands in market now.
