Indian Cakes is an awesome place to buy cakes from.it has many varieties of cakes available.the shop is well decorated and maintained. I loved the quality and price of the cake. You should give the shop a visit. Very nice shop with good customer service.
I have ordered cake on 29 july 2020. It was to deliver by 31st july 2020. But they have not delivered the cake to the destination. And now when i called them they are just disconnecting my call. And not giving me any answer. I suggest don't not buy cake to this website. India cake is a fraud.

I am mathew kurian order number *******, ordered for butterscotch cake as shown in the site but a cheap quality cream cake was supplied by a substandard bakery at attingal. This co noone picks up phone ever, all we hear is welcome to indiacakes. Com, they claim they supply to 2000 cities, i dont think they have capacity to cater to 5 cities, such poor service, no response nothing, whoever pays online has paid and they get cheated.
Its terrible... they can atleast call me to find out what happened.

I booked a cake around 9.00AM for my friend's birthday. At first cake was delivered very late in evening(around 7.00PM) but my friend keep on getting call every 15-20 minutes
Need to improve delivery time.

I had ordered a truffle cake worth 590/- on 29th December for 31st night celebration. But I forgot to check the negative reviews. These ***holes indiacakes ruined mine and my family's entire mood for new year. More over they charged extra 150/- for delivery which i got message later on 30th not while ordering the cake.
This is a fraud website and should be shutdown from the internet. I don't understand after so many complaints why it is still there.
Do not buy cakes from IndiaCakes
We ordered a cake with no delivery charges, they called saying there was system error and we need to pay the delivery charges or cancel the order. We declined to pay extra charges and cancelled the order, after an hour we got the mail that they processing the order without informing us. We tried a lot to convince them to cancel the order but they didn't agree. We already ordered cake from different place, at the end we end paying for 2 cakes.

Indiacakes.com is a scam website, they take money from people and dont deliver, the numbers are not reachable. Please refrain from ordering from this website, also customer sevice is very bad, company will be shut down before they cheat other people.
I had ordered cake 4 days before the delivery date. But post the time only they responded as no service for that area. So I asked for the refund and send many mails and also try to reach customer care but there has no response even today. To its more than 15th day but still not getting any update from them. It has totally frasturated than ever.

I like to order from India cakes for my special occasion. The main reason is it's same day delivery and mid night delivery. My experience was good every time. No delay in delivery, yummy and fresh cakes every time.
A colleague suggested IndiaCakes to me. They had a verity of cake and flower options, so I had ample options to choose from. I ordered one caramel cake a bouquet of flowers for my sister. She was very happy with the surprise and was praising the cake's quality. I am replying on IndiaCakes for online cake deliveries.
Cake was delivered 2 days after the occassion despite paying additional rs. 100 for delivery charges that was not informed at the time of booking. The cake delivered was of bad quality from a local bakery. Horrible experience. Never go with such unprofessional services.
Firstly, they will write that the delivery is free across India on their website as false claim. After which you will place order and put in address and will not be asked for any delivery charges. Once the payment is made and things are beyond your hands they would send you an email to give extra amount (Rs. 250 in my case) to deliver the product as the location is too far from them. And let me tell you the location was Meerut city not even that far which couldn't be located.

I have ordered cake from India cakes in office welcome party. The most delicious and fresh cakes ever the delivered. A few of my friends from office also loved the cake. They provide great service. All I can say about India cakes is they are reliable and satisfactory.
They first confirmed the order and on the day of delivery asked me for additonal INR 100 saying that the delivery address is very far. I had no choice but to pay the additional 100 as I had already paid 500 before. Later we got the cake and ot was delivered from a bakery 2 KMs from our home.
