The company has garnered mixed feedback from customers, with positive remarks highlighting the variety of surveys and the potential to earn extra cash. However, significant concerns overshadow these strengths, primarily revolving around prolonged payment processing times and difficulties in receiving rewards. Customers frequently report frustrations with survey accessibility and completion, as well as inadequate customer support when issues arise. The overall sentiment suggests that while the platform offers opportunities for earning, the execution of payouts and responsiveness to customer inquiries require substantial improvement to enhance user satisfaction and trust.

The surveys are genuinely horrible. You can spend twenty minutes answering ridiculous survey questions, only to be disqualified because you refuse to give your health care information. The other ways of earning aren't much better unless you're okay with having your email filled with spam and the threat of being randomly banned for no apparent reason and having support refuse to give you a reason why.
In box dollars does not pay it is a total scam, I have not been paid after submitting for payment two weeks ago all I see is processing payment. Stay away from this company. Taking their suveys was a waste of time.
I tried Inbox Dollars because I'm unemployed. Thought it was cool at first until I spent about 40 minutes on a survey and it automatically forwarded to another website and didn't get paid for my time. I basically provided personal information for 40 minutes and that's quite a bit. So I thought it was BS and stopped taking surveys. I rarely get any phone calls on my phone. After I signed up for Inbox Dollars, I started getting fraudulent calls. I got up to about 15 scam calls in a four hour period. They knew I was unemployed and knew I was desperate for money, but I'm not that gullible. It was kind of entertaining at first and lead them on like they were going to sucker me in. I would ask them a lot of legitimate questions they couldn't answer and to there ignorance they would end there call. I've since than closed my account with Inbox Dollars.
Just like everyone else, I was close to reaching $30, and surprise, surprise, Inboxdollars stopped allowing me to take surveys. When I contacted one of their customer support members, they told me, "they had no control over the surveys that are sent to my account, the outside companies may not be sending me surveys because I answer the questions too fast or that my demographic information is inconsistent." When in reality, I was VERY honest, truthful, and consistent with all my surveys. I even did webcam surveys to earn money.
So since I couldn't do surveys anymore, I slowly worked my way up to $30 by watching videos and doing the scratch and win which earned me like 20 cents a day! I requested a check when I finally reached $30, and low and behold, my account was deactivated only 2 days later! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, you will regret it!
Inbox $ are the worst survey site out there, they rip you off so bad they should be sued. I'm looking in to that right now, don't waste your time they are truly scum of the earth. I would not even give them one star but that's how these $#*!%%% have it set up.
The website is a trap and scam, they force you to sign and subscribe to many websites and sell your information. After signing with Indox Dollars, I began getting text messages and scam phone calls every single hour. The lottery lets you scratch and win only few cents, never a dollar, the surveys are only few cents. Once I reached about $25 stage- the website would crash on me, and I kept being disqualified to take any surveys. Stay away...
I don't recommend using inboxdollars since its a SCAM. I had 30 dollars so I requested my money and days later my account was terminated. They didn't pay me back and I wasted my time for nothing.
Completed $35.00 worth of surveys over the course of 3 weeks. Account terminated for absolutely no reason. Contacted customer support via their chatbot. Told the issue had to be escalated to some Account Services Department. Waited another 2 weeks, never heard back from.
Total scam-ripoff site.
I faithfully and honestly completed surveys and offers until I reached the cash out threshold of $30. Once I submitted my request for payment, my account was terminated and I was told I violated the terms and conditions of the site. I reviewed the terms and conditions, of which I violated NONE. I contacted customer service with my query, asking for help and resolution. They still denied my payment and terminated my account. It's a scam.
Have been doing inbox surveys for 3 years now and earned extra pocket money. This year I earned $140 and now in July 2020 the site has no more surveys for me to do. I have been honest and answer all surveys with integrity. If the says I go too many surveys then I will stop.
This website is a scam how do they even have enough money to give millions of people who use this website dont start using it if you did stop using they are trying to hack you it is SCAM!
I spent a few weeks on this site and was did a deal to purchase a first order through Doordash to get 20.00 credited to my account. This pushed me over the 30 dollars cash out requirement. I opted to cash out and had everything set up and now the day they are supposed to transfer those funds they canceled my account for no reason. Now they will not pay me the money I earned! It's a scam. Stay away!
Rude staff service, banned me on (probably) false accusations BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU WHAT THE ACCUSATION IS they just link their terms and service below, didn't pay, didn't put any effort into seeing why my offers haven't been verified. Don't waste your time.
Don't sign up unless you like wasting your time and getting frustrated to no end. Many surveys will terminate after 20 minutes saying that you don't qualify.
And after I wasted a month to get to $28, I get no more surveys. They are practically forcing me to give up which I will do. I just wish I visited this site before joining inbox dollars.
They say they will pay you for taking surveys online, it is not much, about one or two cents per minute of your time. You have to accumulate $30.00 before you can collect the money. After hours and hours of taking surveys, I was up to $21.00 and then they would not let me take any more. They do not want you to reach the amount to actually get paid, big rip-off. Live and learn.
Inbox Dollars spends a ton of money on marketing. Other reputable companies give them a shout out and make them look legitimate. Once you sign up, it's all downhill. I signed up and earned $88 over the course of two weeks. Everything was great. Once I requested to cash out my $88, my account was disabled the very next day. Apparently I coincidentally "violated" the terms RIGHT AFTER cashing out. Everything was fine during the first two weeks, but all of the sudden there was a violation. There never was a violation: I don't use a hidden IP address, I don't have multiple accounts, and I'm certainly not a robot.
They wanted an excuse to not pay me.
Have 3 people LEGIT in household all had acct, once time to pay the disabled the acct it was $250 al together, NEVER AGIAN! I sat through so many $#*!ty suveys
Don't waste your time with inbox dollars. I got to 27.00 and they stopped sending me surveys. I joined survey junkie, Swagbucks and ibotta instead. I have earned 60.00 between the three in 4 weeks. And I am now ranked at a survey quality score of 103, so I get high point surveys at the 200 to 300 point level now on Swagbucks and survey junkie. Join those two instead of inbox dollars.
I had spent weeks gathering money on their website. I accidentally went on with a vpn and then realized and turned it off. They took away my ability to get surveys. So i took to referring people to get the last $5 i needed. Apparently i have too many friends so they flagged it a "bot like activity" i had $29. 80. 20 cents away from payout. And they took my account down. I have since been contacting them but they never read my emails, they just respond with read our terms and conditions. I am livid.
I've used the site for years and have cashed out a few times. Now, however, I'm no longer receiving credit for anything. When I submit a support ticket, the tone of the response is like "how dare you question us?"
Answer: I have been a member for over 10 years. I get my $30 payout every single time. I always request a check. They tell you the day your check will be processed and then send you an email when it's mailed. I've received $30 about every 6 weeks. This completely legitimate.
Answer: It's actually a legit company. I've been rewarded from them about 10 times so far!
Answer: Inbox MIGHT have paid 35 million (and we only have your word on that)--question is how much did they NOT PAY which was due to participants
Answer: No it isn't. It's legit. It just takes forever to reach 30 bucks and they keep 3 bucks. I got one check from them for 27. It's just something i do once in a while. Clicking on emails and answering surveys if i do qualify which is very rarely. You won't get rich doing that..
Answer: Hi Kristin! Members can always request a payment with InboxDollars when they reach $30.00. If a member ever has a missing credit from a survey provider, offer provider or other advertiser you can always reach out to our 24/7 LiveChat for assistance!
Answer: Hi! So glad you love the site! To help clarify the terms as shown to you when you joined about the W9 requirements you can check here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms Section VI. Cash & Payments Item 4. Tax Matters I would recommend that you reach out to LiveChat agent via our Support Center link and ask that your inquiry be sent to the accounting team who can address this information directly with you.
Answer: Dear John, Please note that your account is credited as soon as your credit is sent by the offer provider. You mentioned that you have been completing offers on Mindspay and InboxPAYS so if you have completed the offer before with those sites then they will not credit again for the same offer. We do show your account has been credited for other offers so most likely if you are missing credits on InboxDollars than it was most likely due to being credited for the same offer on InboxPays or other site. Please note that our offers will credit as our terms state usually within 14 - 30 days. More information can be found here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
Answer: No they don't pay daily. They pay you by check or a visa card that can be used to purchase items but no cash back. If you looking to generate income off of your own money then this the site.
Answer: This is one of the questions I pondered when I was taken for a ride by Inboxdollars. While NO ANSWER WAS FORTHCOMING FROM THE USUAL PARADE OF... supporters and staff there (look at the "repeat defenders of this atrocious business, I THINK you can safely assume it's gone to pay those who sit there and ENABLE THIS THEFT TO CONTINUE... i. e. The EMPLOYEES. Not sure whether they pool all the TAKES, and divvy it up at days end HEY KIDS, HERE'S YOUR BONUS, or if it goes to the top of the food chain (top canine). Otherwise I'm not sure what's in it for those "participants" who respond so quickly propping up/fiercely defending the indefensible business ethics of INBOXDOLLARS - one might logically or reasonably assume they're rewarded with FIRST CRACK AT THE NEW SURVEYS, with seldom a reject slip. But who knows. Perhaps you can ask THOSE individuals or the little worker bees on computers that enable this to go on, day in/day out. On the other hand, if any 'supporters/employees of this business told me it was raining... I'd look out the window BEFORE I grabbed my umbrella.
