I have had several surveys get all of the information they need from me and then display that they found a better survey for me and I don't get anything. I even had one tonight thank me for my answers after completing the entire survey and was directed back to InboxDollars to have it display that the last survey wasn't a right fit for me and I received nothing. They get your answers and give you nothing.

I got an American Express gift card that keeps declining. Now it's none to contact American Express and I feel like that's doing too much. I got the gift card through inbox dollars so they should be the ones to handle it. I have yet to call but I'm not excited about it. I'm already expecting to get the run around. Not a happy customer.

The issues I have with the site is in order to redeem. You have to have a certain amount and it takes 3 business days to receive your payment and other rewards that depend for even longer and they luck you off surveys for no reason after almost completing them. It's kind of ridiculous actually.

I've gotten 5 other virtual reward cards. Before the last 2 recently. And never had a problem with using them. But now I can't use my latest 2. One has the wrong name on it. And the other one is some reloadable card I guess. I have checked out my phone to make sure it wasn't that. Has literally been through every possible process. And then I got can't be authenticated. And can't get help straighten the hole damn thing out. Over inbox dollars. I'm literally done with them after all the hassle over this. Never again will I use the app.

My main problem is at the length of time it takes to both receive a payout after uve made a redemption but also how long it takes to b paid for completed game tasks as well as sum surveys. And that's IF ur not disqualified almost immediately from those.

I have been a member of InboxDollars for almost 10 years. Lately there seems to be a very consistent issue on them, not paying out for the higher level rewards on most of their games.
It is funny how when you download a game and allow tracking that as soon as you start to reach those high-level rewards all of a sudden they claim that "there was a problem with the third-party tracking". They blame the game and the maker of the game, but when you contact the game support about the tracking, it is on InboxDollars. They absolutely refused to pay once you start to get past a few pennies and start making money on the higher levels. They claim it is because they have to "stop the scammers" but this is actually them getting all of your information that they can share and sell for marketing without rewarding you. The customer service is usually very rude and not very helpful.

I received the email to redeem my prepaid card, I have the card info, and can see that it has $10 on it. Even though I have all the needed card info, I still cant use it anywhere, online or in person.
