The company has garnered mixed feedback from customers, with positive remarks highlighting the variety of surveys and the potential to earn extra cash. However, significant concerns overshadow these strengths, primarily revolving around prolonged payment processing times and difficulties in receiving rewards. Customers frequently report frustrations with survey accessibility and completion, as well as inadequate customer support when issues arise. The overall sentiment suggests that while the platform offers opportunities for earning, the execution of payouts and responsiveness to customer inquiries require substantial improvement to enhance user satisfaction and trust.

I was able to earn money quickly and the cash out experience was easy and efficient! I chose Amazon gift card for the first cash out and PayPal for the second. Both were fine and I had my money within 24 hrs.
They started out okay, got two checks but it took a little over a year. They've slid completely downhill and off the cliff in the last few months and now they are just an outright scam operation. Why do I say this? Because you have to fight for every single credit to your account and they demand screen shots, etc. when they know nobody is starting a survey taking screen shots all the way through. They are also a sophisticated marketing company that exists to feed their clients the data you are providing. So, they get paid by their clients--top dollar!-- and promise you peanuts for your trouble, then don't even make good on paying you the peanut.
I finally had enough and I've filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General's office. This was after I completed an offer, got bombarded with endless spam because of that offer, then Inbox Dollars won't credit me and claims they can't find it in their system. That is completely bogus. Once again, they are a sophisticated marketing company selling themselves on providing accurate data to their clients. They can track that info in their system and since they provide the links you click on to fulfill those offers, they know exactly when you did it, if you completed it and if you got the credit.
The surveys are the worst rip off scam going. I used to work for a similar type of company, so I know once they get to the demographic questions, they have the data to get paid by their client. But this outfit has you do the ENTIRE survey, including and beyond the demographic questions, you finish it, then get a message saying you didn't qualify. Um, yes you did. Not only did you qualify, you completed the survey so Inbox Dollars can get compensated by their client, but now they are too cheap to make good on that lousy. 25 cents or whatever they told you you'd get for doing the survey. So 25 cents is probably not worth your time trying to pursue, they bank on that, too. So times that one quarter you were cheated out of, times 150,000 other people taking that survey, times what Inbox Dollars is getting paid to give that data from 150,000 to their client, you see the pennies add up to big bucks. They know they already are getting paid and now they nickel and dime you, the participant, cheating you out of what they advertised as compensation. The last offer was the last straw for me. This company needs to be thoroughly investigated because they are not paying what they are saying they will.
It's a good website that I've never had any problems with. I like the daily trivia questions. It's good to make a little extra money and to voice your opinion.
InboxDollars is a great way to make easy money free money and still have fun while doing it also if you like doing surveys this is the place to be
If I actually follow through with being consistent with the options they give me, it is actually pretty easy to redeem points for rewards. Good way to pass the time, plus I am able to actually see some of what is about to trend in the future. Kind of like having a little crystal ball in some areas.
When using inbox dollars I get to make a little bit of cash on my own time. It has easy surveys that everyone can do to make a little extra cash so you can buy your self that one thing you've been wanting to buy, but just can't seem to save the money. I love the to-do list because it reminds me to enjoy the whole site by playing games, searching the web and watching videos. And DONT forget the coupons that automatically save you cash on groceries, But I think my most favorite part, aside from making extra cash, is the Bingo. I love Bingo!
There has been a lot of improvements to the website. It is easier to reach the minimum requirement to cash out. I enjoy using the site daily. Also, the app is nice.
The don't always pay the offers they post and I haven't been able to contact them at all. I'm trying to get my $150 for setting up a chime account.
It's a easy fun steady way to make side cash. You don't be s millionaire but you can have dinner on them.
Really helps pass time. Also amazing and easy rewards to obtain. Taught me new games ans apps to help me develop budgeting.
Its been 3 days and i still havent received my $15.00 Walmart gift card. Even though the website said i did.
Easy fun and it actually allows you to cash out... Anyone who doubts this site hasn't actually been on the site
I signed up about two months ago have already made over $60 which I cashed out to my Paypal account. You can choose different gift cards also. But cash you can spend anywhere. I mostly play games also do my daily checklist and occasionally surveys. But I looked at it as I already play games on my phone why not earn while playing. Your not going to get rich if your looking for that but to earn a little side money? For playing since feb-march18th. I've cashed out $60. Not to bad I think...
Very suspicious as I have been part of InBoxDollars for many years and have actually earn a couple hundred dollars from them, however, recently when I signed up for 2 different offers from them one for $150.00 and one for $20.00, which I did all the required criteria for them, they shut down my account and never paid me for the 2 offers. I took them to the BBB and my account was reinstated, however low and behold they have no account of my 2 offers I did through them. I took to Facebook to finally get an answer and all they would tell me is that I must not have signed up through their website (which I did) and they had no record of me ever doing the offers. So I can say if you want to play the nickel and dime game with them they are fine, but don't expect payout when it comes to the big offers. I have now closed my account with them and would not recommend them to use.
Spent numerous hours completing surveys and never once qualified for any of them. Therefore I wasted a trendies amount of my time and never earned one penny.
I've used InboxDollars for a number of years. Periodically they will just delete your account out of nowhere! The site does work and I have received payments/checks in the mail. But every couple of years or so, they just seem to delete your account out of the blue with no reason/explanation at all. Of course you can just create a new account and start over; but it's aggravating, especially when you had some $. I would recommend you request your checks ASAP when it hits the $30 limit mark for requesting a payout/check from them. If you let your $ stack up for a while and then they delete your account, you lose all the money you had saved. Fair warning to anyone who wants to try this site.
Inbox Dollars is everything it says it is and more. I've made over $300 in about 4 months I was able to make money while we were locked down during the pandemic.
Its a great website to go to to earn extra cash on the side. Surveys, games, apps and more. If you need quick cash inbox dollars is the way to make it!
I love inboxdollars.com. I've been a member for several months now, and have easily cashed out over $300 in Amazon gift cards with little efforts on my part. Inboxdollars is a rare gem: a website that actually pays you for trying new products or completing simple online tasks. Rewards are easy to earn, and the reward amounts offered are very generous. It doesn't take long at all to reach the $10 cash-out threshold.
It's a real way to win and earn a bit of pocket money. I once scratched to win $100 PayPal Gift card. Customer service is slow to reply. I'm having some problems getting paid on the Public App Offer and the sierra Club Offer. Sent an email to customer service, have not heard back with answers in a while
Answer: I have been a member for over 10 years. I get my $30 payout every single time. I always request a check. They tell you the day your check will be processed and then send you an email when it's mailed. I've received $30 about every 6 weeks. This completely legitimate.
Answer: It's actually a legit company. I've been rewarded from them about 10 times so far!
Answer: Inbox MIGHT have paid 35 million (and we only have your word on that)--question is how much did they NOT PAY which was due to participants
Answer: No it isn't. It's legit. It just takes forever to reach 30 bucks and they keep 3 bucks. I got one check from them for 27. It's just something i do once in a while. Clicking on emails and answering surveys if i do qualify which is very rarely. You won't get rich doing that..
Answer: Hi Kristin! Members can always request a payment with InboxDollars when they reach $30.00. If a member ever has a missing credit from a survey provider, offer provider or other advertiser you can always reach out to our 24/7 LiveChat for assistance!
Answer: Hi! So glad you love the site! To help clarify the terms as shown to you when you joined about the W9 requirements you can check here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms Section VI. Cash & Payments Item 4. Tax Matters I would recommend that you reach out to LiveChat agent via our Support Center link and ask that your inquiry be sent to the accounting team who can address this information directly with you.
Answer: Dear John, Please note that your account is credited as soon as your credit is sent by the offer provider. You mentioned that you have been completing offers on Mindspay and InboxPAYS so if you have completed the offer before with those sites then they will not credit again for the same offer. We do show your account has been credited for other offers so most likely if you are missing credits on InboxDollars than it was most likely due to being credited for the same offer on InboxPays or other site. Please note that our offers will credit as our terms state usually within 14 - 30 days. More information can be found here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
Answer: No they don't pay daily. They pay you by check or a visa card that can be used to purchase items but no cash back. If you looking to generate income off of your own money then this the site.
Answer: This is one of the questions I pondered when I was taken for a ride by Inboxdollars. While NO ANSWER WAS FORTHCOMING FROM THE USUAL PARADE OF... supporters and staff there (look at the "repeat defenders of this atrocious business, I THINK you can safely assume it's gone to pay those who sit there and ENABLE THIS THEFT TO CONTINUE... i. e. The EMPLOYEES. Not sure whether they pool all the TAKES, and divvy it up at days end HEY KIDS, HERE'S YOUR BONUS, or if it goes to the top of the food chain (top canine). Otherwise I'm not sure what's in it for those "participants" who respond so quickly propping up/fiercely defending the indefensible business ethics of INBOXDOLLARS - one might logically or reasonably assume they're rewarded with FIRST CRACK AT THE NEW SURVEYS, with seldom a reject slip. But who knows. Perhaps you can ask THOSE individuals or the little worker bees on computers that enable this to go on, day in/day out. On the other hand, if any 'supporters/employees of this business told me it was raining... I'd look out the window BEFORE I grabbed my umbrella.
