Great way to make extra picket money with several options to recirve your incentive. To be able to have options is rewarding

I had been using inbox dollars and got my account to 17.00 payout threshold is 15.00 I tried to cash out with paypal as in in them sending my money to paypal and it will not work I have verified my paypal account several times and done all that was needed and nothing so I contacted customer service about this and never got an answer back so I have no payment from them because their paypal pay out isn't or doesn't work, customer service is pretty much nothing they do not get back to you the site says can take up to 30 days for a response it's been over 4 months. I give up on this site it is poorly executed and I am a member of about 4 other survey sites and have never had an issue with payout with any of them and customer service only takes 1 to 3 days to get back with you and help resolve your issues with the other sites. I would not recommend Inbox dollars when there are so many more other real legit sites out there that actually pay you and don't have to go through the hassles as with Inbox

I'm very unhappy with my reward choice the American Express rewards card virtual card is not accepted at any of the online sites that I've tried to use it through and it deducts 10 to 20 cents each time you attempt to pay for something or try to add it to one of my online accounts it's very discouraging especially since it takes some time to be able to cash out a reward and not to be able to use it is a bummer this has happened one time to me before with the same kind of card I had forgotten that it was the American Express card or I would not have made that choice again but other than the issue with the reward card I'm satisfied with InboxDollars overall

I've earned $900 in 6 months playing games that they promote. I could make more but I can only play a few hours a day.

They have always resolved any issues I've had. Very professional. Thank you so much for being prompt

Starts of great and then you get close to the 15.00 and bam your taking the full survey but at the end you dont qualify had it happen 3 times in a row what a scam just spent over a hour trying to get. 45 cents and nope, they do not want to pay out im sure of that and its almost like they make you give up. Im livid you complete the full survey and get nothing be warned. And to top it off lol you go to the help and it wont send any of the info it does nothing when you click on help CROOKS!

I created an account yesterday, 5-3-22.

I was utilizing and having fun using the website and making some extra cash.

I started using the website this morning, 5-4-22. I was doing several deals. Everything seemed fine.

I left my computer and then came back and tried to get on their website.

It logged me out of the site. When I tried to log back in, it said I was deactivated.

I couldn't have violated ANY terms. I had only had the account less than ONE day.

I would like to know why I was immediately deactivated in under 24 hours?

I had pending rewards I had accrued.

It seems like maybe the site "bait and switches" customers into purchasing deals for the promised compensation, and then deactivates them and keeps the money.

I don't know what is going on. But I feel like I'm going to get a run around from the company and a non-specific and generic email about how I allegedly violated terms.

I couldn't have violated terms. I only had the account for less than 24 hours.

They need to reactivate and reinstate my deserved rewards otherwise they're outright stealing my time and money!

I have been doing tasks on this site for a many years now. This has a been an easy way to earn a few bucks that I typically spend on Amazon. I have not had any real issues with the site beyond the block of surveys buts that's not keeping me from earning so I don't complain even about that.

It sucks if u don't have a verified PayPal the virtual card can only been for online purchases an item have a card sent takes much to long

Inbox Dollars use to be a really good website to earn extra cash. You use to be able to get a check mailed to you or a get a gift card emailed to you. As of now, you can only get gift cards emailed to you, which would be fine if it weren't for the glitch in the system. I recently tried to receive the code for a Walmart gift card that came to my email two days prior. However, it stated that the link had expired and told me to click on a new link to receive my code for the gift card. When I clicked on the new link, I was directed to page that told me the link had not worked. I tried several times and at this point I am ready to give up the $10 gift card.

This is by fat one of the most fun, honest, and overall excellent game sites I have come across. It is super easy to make money and the cash out process is legit and fast!

Everytime I go to take a survey from this website they said I'm restricted or should we all say banned from taking surveys for no reason at all for what I'm telling the truth in what I pick in my awnsers I'm not going to lie in any surveys I'm going to keep the app to see if it let me redeem for a giftcard if not then I'm deleting it hopefully it let me reach 15$if not then I'm going to be very upset with this app for wasting my time and space really.

I cashed out some of my rewards. Process was easy and completed within time the specified. Definitely a good experience.

Normally, I get at least a decent & speedy response from support if there is an issue. The last few have progressively plummeted. Most recently, I was dealing w/ a login issue, at payout, that kept saying my account was deactivated. On the last received response, the rep had the nerve to jab & insinuate the tech issue was my fault & threatened to restrict or deactivate my account. I requested clarification for the insinuate & haven't heard back since. 2 stars lost, Ammar. Maybe you should leave the service calls to Tylena.

Hi, i have using inboxdollars for a week on my phone, my little kid used my phone and played with phone not realizing what he is doing. The customer service deactivated my account even though i told them what was the problem. I opened a ticket and put a password on my phone but they said their decision is final. I had to create anew account and after 2 days it was de-activated again with no reason. I cashed out but I didn't get the money either. Don't waste time in this app.

I reach $12.66 and tried all available surveys to reach $15 the minimum withdraw amount but it didn't work since weeks it's totally deceptive site!

I still haven't gotten my cards with my 80 on it and it took me 4 months to even get to withdraw my rewards
