I have done the survey and earned money but when I go to cash out its says unable to send code. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

It's almost impossible to contact anyone on inbox no phone # I was unable to get my earned gift card and can't get anyone to help with problem

I won't use inboxdollars for surveys. There is another that comparably is so much better. Inboxdollars is shifty on payout, bad customer service and you can spend so much time on surveys without getting anything. Even after you reach their min of 15.00 they play games and drag their feet for 10 days and will not pay out what is rightfully been promised. I don't like them at all. They owe me 15.00 and they better pay up. Companies cheating people like this makes me angry.

Multiple ways to earn & easy cashout process. Id recommend this site to anybody who's looking to make extra money.

You can accumulate credit from many activities but good luck actually cashing out. And 0 luck with customer service. They have never responded.

Its legit, takes a bit of time. But, honestly its a great place to be. You can make real cash. Take your time and dont give up.

I tried multiple times to redeem my rewards to Ebay and to PayPal. No success. I contacted both Ebay and PayPal and was told everything looked fine on their end. Repeated attempts to resolve with Inbox resulted in "contact the other end".

I was able to redeem to another, less desirable, location.

Very poor look for Inbox.

Cashed out over a week ago. Received an email stating I would receive my gift card in 3 days. Have yet to receive my gift card.

I want to be able to earn a little cash from home. I have tried InboxDollars before and ended up leaving it alone. I agree with some of the other reviews about this company being a scam. I decided to spend some of my valuable time filling out a few surveys, only to be told after a few minutes that I did not qualify. The first few surveys would redirect me to many other websites which was a red flag. Do not waste your time.

The ad is that you "simply complete surveys and earn MONEY! Trouble is, their definition of money. They consider pennies and nickels to be "money". True. It is. But, there is nothing you can buy, that you want or need, for pennies and nickels. Here is what I ran into with these online surveys:
1. They advertise like you will make thousands of dollars.
2. It will take you weeks to earn $10- $15 dollars.
3. The reason it takes weeks is they advertise $50 surveys. You select it. You get a $0.25 survey.
4. # 3 repeats and repeats and repeats and repeats...
5. If you complain at all, you are done. If you answer in a manner they disagree with, you are done.
6. What manner do they disagree with? Anything that is truthful, honest, reality or any other answer that flies in the face of a liberal, socialist, communist, anti-American, proBLM, proliberal agenda.
7. All the reviews you see on this site that FAVOR inbox? Garbage. What they say is SO FAR from actual truth, it is funny. Well, actually it is a lie. But, if you have time to spare and are in no need of being paid. Give it a try. 3 weeks later you will see what I mean. You will have, maybe, $15 to your name.
8. Try to get that $15 sent to you. Almost impossible. I finally got a $15 walmart card.
9. Inbox dollars = absolute uselessness.

It's a great way to make extra pocket money. It is simple and user friendly. It does take a little while to earn a good amount, but it is worth putting in the time.

The company is great for surveys or getting extra income. With good amount of cash back of regular purchases, or just shopping at a store.

Wheres the gift card. Sure looks like a lot of work to use these so call gift cards. Hope I didn't waste all my time on taking surveys.

It takes way too long to get a payout to my PayPal. All others apps I have pay within 12 hrs. You need to decrease the time for payout

I agree with others about this site not being on the up and up. I've been doing it since March 2022. I got up to $15 and tried to cash out to see what the process was…. Never was able to. So a few weeks later I tried again…. Nothing happened. I kept doing what I "qualified" for and eventually gained a total of $70.2 weeks ago I again, tried to cash out a $30 Visa card. Received an email it would take 10 days, blah blah blah. 2 weeks now and the total was never deducted from my account. Then suddenly I didn't have any surveys "available" to me. Very odd. I emailed daily regarding this issue, and the Visa card. I was told "maybe" I didn't qualify for surveys. Noooooo I was blocked or something. No idea why. Earlier today I "tried" to cash out with a $50 American Express card. Well holy cow, I think this time I may get paid…. Money was deducted from my account, and received 2 emails within minute's congratulating me and their processing my request! If I do receive this, I will cash out the rest of my account and be done. Very time consuming, only to be told "you don't qualify" and be blocked for no reason. I'm done with inbox dollars now.
Survey Junkie is a lot better and you receive points for trying even if you don't qualify. And when you request payment, it's sent to your email within MINUTES.

I'm with this app for 4 years and from time to time it can get pretty bad... like now! Before I was making $30 per month or more! Now, it took me OVER 3 MONTHS to get ONLY $10... That's right!
The videos only gives me 4cents per day, the surveys are NOT available anymore, Submit Grocery receipts is NOT available anymore, and the only thing I can do is just play a candy game and I have LIMITED TIME to play it... VERY BAD CASH APP NOW!

Not worth a try, not pay enough and take you all day long to make a few cents. I wasted days and days, and many times finished halfway through a survey and it decided that I am not qualified. Waste of time! Get a real job!
