Overall my experience was good. I had videos on my vhs tapes that were not copied and I'm not sure why. It was rather pricey but well worth it. My oldest daughters in the videos was taken from this earth way to soon so these memories are priceless.

Overall I was very pleased. IMemories digitized home movies (mini vhs) from when my kids were little. I purchased the box to ship them in so I was confident they would arrive safe. Walking down memory lane was priceless! I took one star off because there is no control over when your items ship back to you. They shipped my product when I was out of town and it sat outside in the rain for 5 days and thankfully wasn't stolen.

Enjoyed seeing my quince video after 20 years! Experience was clear and to the point. Just shipping costs was the only thing since I had to pay to have them send me bag and then for them to send me my video back, but it is what it is.

Easy to use, just throw in box and it is done. The pictures are sorted and then you just down load the app and you are all set Eassy to view picturs

IMemories is literally light-years ahead of the competition at basically the same cost. In 1 week they converted almost all of the 37 video tapes I sent in and made them available online in well-organized albums consisting of individual videos. The remaining few were available just a few days later, and this was only so they could be re-processed on special equipment (at no additional cost) to optimize the quality. The company I used previously took 4 months to convert 8 VHS tapes and basically gave me a link to download the raw footage as 8 unlabled MP4 files. I would recomend iMemories hands-down over any competing company. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Although I was skeptical and indecisive initially (for many months), after deciding to go with imemories based on other customer reviews, I was absolutely impressed at the quality, turn-around time, professionalism, ease of use (they do the hard work for you) and especially the care they took of my old VHSs during shipping! Great company! Highly recommend!
