I received my dvds in tack. Loved the covers of the different pictures from the dvd, knew what was in them. I have ordered before, great job.

The initial shipping in the 1vhs tape was expensive. The processing was ok, the video turned out okay, but then also the return shipping wasnt included either...so for what the other places that do this charge all inclusive is about 1/3 the price of imemories - with exact same results.

I had vhs 8 tapes that needed to convert to digital. These holds precious memories for me. I Memories digitized everything with great care. I am enjoying my recorded memories now. Thank you!

I sent in about 9 VHS tapes to be converted to USB. The process was so simple. The tapes were converted to iCloud and from there all I had to do was download everything onto my computer/USB. The scenes from each tape were broken down so I could easily rearrange the viewing sequence. Retitling and organization was so simple. I love this process and I would do it again in a heartbeat through iMemories. Thank you for all the work you do!

I've used iMemories before and was happy to use them again. Some of my tapes must've been damaged because I didn't get ALL the footage I was hoping for but for the most part, I was able to regain many of our family memories!

The whole process was done within a couple weeks (maybe a few extra days I can't remember, that's how fast it felt!) minus one miss spelling from one of the VHS tapes, everything turned out wonderfully! Thank you!

Sent in 31 vhs tapes from 1960's to 2002. All came out great. Will be sending the rest of my videos in soon.

I had 15 separate high 8 mm tapes that were converted to digital and the quality seems about the same as the original. I think it's worth the money.

Great Job digitizing over 700 slides and 10 VHS tapes. First time I was able to see them in many years.

I wasn't sure what was on our old tapes, but I sent them in anyway. What fun they brought! We have all enjoyed seeing ourselves over 30 years ago. Easy to save and share. So glad I sent them in. Since we didn't label our tapes, some tapes were meaningless, but the ones of family are priceless.

It was as advertised, mostly.
They did a good job and I received my media back, but they were not clear about the price. I thought it was $14.95 for VHS tapes. The box to send it to them was $14.95. Then it was $30 more to get the digitized version. I don't remember seeing that anywhere.
But they did a timely, copy job, just wish they could have been a little more up front about pricing.

I used them for two separate transactions of over ten reels and was satisfied with the result.

The process is simple, and the results are excellent. From the appropriate shipping box provided to the final product rans smoothly.

Overall, great experience. Great business model. So simple, a life saver of getting all the old videos organized and digitized.

I am so happy I can see old videos on my phone and be able to share them so easily!
I have a bunch more I will be sending in!

I think it's a decent service. They didn't answer a question about a damaged photo. And I think it's over priced
