Very dissatisfied. Videos turned out terrible, and portions were cut off. Waste of $100. Will not be using them again.
I am so happy to have all the taped memories of my daughter from 1997 to 2004. I watched them all within a week and laughed and cried. They all have great visual quality and sound. Downloading was simple and I can easily share the files with others.
My father recently died and I inherited all of my parents' home movies, which were on VHS tape. They were in poor quality so I decided that I needed to move them to a better medium than VHS, before they eroded past visibility. I decided to also send in my family's 8mm cassette movies, as it was a hassle to have to hook up the camera to the computer or TV to watch them. I am so thrilled at how they came out! The digital files were easy to view online and download to my laptop, and I was able to edit them with information about the subjects. The price was reasonable, and the process was very easy. I would highly recommend this service.
Priceless! To hear my grandmother talking to me and us laughing. My nursing graduation! My adult boys have enjoyed videos of their "life". I could go on and on.

Plan on sending more in; somewhat costly, but well worth it. Our kids enjoy them and our grandchildren can see into the past, not just hearing stories.

Videos were not enhanced and there should be an app available to cur out parts of video not wanted this should be part of the service paid for. As it is not worth the monies spent
Some of the conversions are so blurry in some cases you cannot even make up which baby we're looking at because the face is so blurry you can't make out their eyes so so disappointed
The process took longer than expected. The quality of the tapes is fair, though I understand about degradation, I was disappointed. Not sure it was worth the cost. Lightning issues and fuzz.
Part of me is really happy with the the iMemory experience. I love that all my photos have been digitized and they look great. I was really disappointed with the VHS transfers. It seems that it was chopped up in sections. It isn't in any sort of order. I was also disappointed with the communication. I had media that I sent in that wasn't converted and there is no communication as to why. I did call at one point to ask a question and the service was less than cheerful. I would recommend this service but there is much room for improvement.
The tapes were very old and had survived a tornado (in a cabinet) when our house was completely destroyed in 2014. One was a reel of my wedding in 1961. I was surprised that they could even be copied. Most were recorded from taping church services or events from our local channel of our daughters' singing, playing the piano, band drum major and flag. The quality seemed very good considering the source tapes, and I am so pleased to be able to view them.

Digitizing my photo albums and video's could not have been any easier! Just mail them off, and that's it. I would recommend iMemories to absolutely everyone!.

IMemories made converting old slides and videos very easy. They promptly sent a box large enough for several videos and numerous slides and took only a few weeks to convert them and place them online for our viewing and download to our own computer. We will also order DVDs to be made, as we do not wish to maintain an online subscription.

Great, easy process to send in our old videos and convert to online accessible ones. Only downside is monthly fee for online access after spending a lot for the transfer. That was not part of the initial ad.

Very happy with this company. A bit expensive, but worth it! I'm placing my actual order soon for DVD's & have already received my original movies back. Was hesitant about mailing them, but all went well! Would recommend.

It SO nice to be able to call customer service and speak to someone who you can understand and is personable! That's unheard of now days. Typically, I end up calling a customer service agent who you question is from the same country or you can't understand--- very nerve racking.
