It is great that I can easily access my videos, but now I have to pay yearly for it, and I cannot find an option to convert to usb and purchase it physically.

I have not received my originals. IMemories move at their pace. Pandemic provides them complete cover for not responding to customer requirements.

Service is good. Price is high for the budget, with lots of added fees to get what you want.

I started the process of sending my VHS tapes a couple years ago. I've never looked back. I have them all saved in the cloud. I am able to share with anybody that has an email. I can put them on flash drives. I still have all the VCR tapes upstairs in boxes. It's very comforting to know they are saved.

Still trying to figure out where the download goes when you go to see them on your phone.

The process worked exactly like advertised. I was happy with the processing and will definitely use iMemories again!

I sent all of my old VHS movies to be digitized and could not be more thrilled with what I have gotten back! Being able to watch and share these videos again that I have not seen in years has been great!
