Smooth! Mail in the video tapes and receive the digital format. Very excited to be able to see the memories with my friends and family! Unfortunately, I did not realize that I would have to pay to keep them on the iMemories cloud.

I was so nervous about sending all my original tapes off. But they made it so easy and communicated well throughout the entire process!
I would do this again in an heartbeat. It is so nice having all our home videos so easily accessible in a digital format that we can watch anywhere!
I'm not too computer able but i finally was able to download my photos to a file
I'm thrilled that my 20 year old videos are now digitized. The editing of the videos, however, was not great. The beginning of every video shows the last clip from the previous video, then cuts out and starts the new video.
The cost was to high for what I received, I do not want to pay a monthly fee for this product after paying up front
Overall, I am pleased with the process. One video I submitted was not converted. Another video was converted, but the tracking should have been adjusted for clarity. Any chance that could now be corrected? Thank you!

I was excited about no longer procrastinating with my tapes and when the packaging arrived, I immediately got busy intricately labeling and numbering them and adding extra bubble wrap to my box. I couldn't wait for the email telling me the digitized copies were ready. I kept checking the site and where my tapes were in the process. Then one day, there were three of them ready for viewing! As my daughter and I anxiously watched the first one and then another... we notice that more videos were popping up on the screen! We spent several hours watching and could do nothing but laugh and cry and relive special moments. I had only seen them through the viewfinder, but my daughter had never seen them! It made us just appreciate all of the moments we have had together and look forward to making many more memories! We actually have another batch that we will be sending! Thank you so much for what you do and thank you to everyone that had a hand in processing our order! Your company is just invaluable!
