Imemories was very efficient in getting my old videotapes converted into a digital format that I have been able to download onto my computer. I now feel better about them being safe from damage due to possible wildfires in California. The videos were fun to view right from the Imemories account I set up on their website. It took about a month or so to complete the process. Thank you Imemories. Lots of tears and laughter watching these older videos.

Converting the data to their website worked well. But I want the data on a hard drive so it's mine forever, but it's next to impossible to make this work. I've asked for help with no real resolution. It seems they want you to buy Cloud. I guess I need to pay extra for them to give me MY videos on a thumb drive?!
We had over 64 video tapes we couldn't watch anymore because our camera was broken. Imemories loaded them up and now a day doesn't go by that one of the kids doesn't mention a video they just watched and the entire family gets to go watch. The last comment - "Hey, go watch Sept 2000 when dad became a dad! It's so sweet, I cried!"
I should have done this 10 years ago. We are so pleased with the results.

Had all our old (50+ years) videos and slides converted to digital formatted as they were starting to degrade from age. Very satisfied with the conversion process. Now we can share our family memories with all members of our family. Well worth the cost.
IMemories was so easy to do from start to finish! I had been wanting to get my tapes into something on video or DVD for a long time and when my daughter gave me the IMemories kit for Christmas, it was wonderful! Great company and the videos were wonderful. I opted to get the videos and the DVD's and I purchased a year of memory storage with them so it wouldn't take up all my cloud space on my IPad. The cost is so reasonable and the peace of mind knowing that all my memories are safely stored and I have them to see at my fingertips! Thank you IMemories!

Great website that was intuitive to navigate. There were also several promotions available that saved me a lot of money. The kit to send your memories back was also a great service. And lastly, great communication throughout the entire ordering and fulfillment process.
Very dissatisfied... I didn't know that sending my canton would end up being held hostage until you basically pay more money to get different things all I wanted was a CD or a disk Drive that's it. Plain and simple but instead they keep sending me different things about the cloud and so on and so forth I am so confused I would never recommend the site to anyone. I just find it extremely confusing on when you order some thing they hold everything hostage until basically you upgrade. Unbelievable
I love the service IMemories provides and the cost is ok but the quality of the transfers are not always great. When I sent the same items to another transfer company to just have a comparison it was obvious more care was taken with managing the transfer with better tracking and lighting. It's a tedious process I know but it seems it could be better if another company can do it.
