The main thing is we have these on our computer now. It took more than a month from the time they received our tapes to having them available on the site, I thought this was a little long. Then I had trouble downloading them from imemories to my computer. Turns out the 3.0 is how you do that versus the 2.0 option. It was a little complicated figuring that out, but like I said the main thing is we have and own our memories on our computer now! So I'm happy about that. They do give you several weeks to get that step done before they start charging monthly for storage.
Great Job, My first time using this service. I think I'm going to send photos next time.

After I sent my first batch of slides found more so I sent them so they could all be put on same USB card. Have ordered cards, should be receiving cards and first batch of slices back by the end of this week per FED Ex tracking. So far very pleased.

I have a great experience working with this company. Not only was the cost very reasonable to digitize my films they have been very communicative all along the process. The website was very user friendly and guided me along the way as I downloaded my albums onto my own computer. I had used another service in the past and am much more pleased with iMemories. One of the features iMemories offers that others don't: they edit each album into individual sections making the renaming of your own memories much easier.
It was so easy getting my tapes to IMemories and in just a few short weeks I was watching them from the cloud. I am very happy with IMemories.
