IMemories converted my old VHS family tapes to DVDs. Some of my tapes were not that good, and iMemories did their best to improve the quality of the finished product. I am very happy with the DVD quality and turn-around time. Their web site is user-friendly and it is easy to edit and arrange the videos in the order you want.
Guess I'm not as advanced an others, but the ordering process was a little unclear for me and I did not get exactly what I wanted, but that was my fault and was pointed out by the customer assistant when I called. The reason I sent my memories to you was so I would NOT HAVE TO download and printout what I wanted. Again more clarity would have helped.
The service provided was both great and fast. The follow-up phone call was less than pleasant. I received an email saying my order was complete and to call this number with any questions. I called with a few questions. The lady I spoke with was extremely defensive (even when I was trying to compliment her). I eventually requested that we forego any further questions and that she just return the videos. She later went back and repaired one of the videos in question. I will use this service again, but the phone conversation did not have to be so painful.
Sent in 21 items and only had 18 transferred. Not sure exactly why. Happy to have our memories accessible and that we can share them.

I viewed my CDs on line but still waiting on the actual products. Why so long?
My first contact with imemories was easy to complete via their clear instructions. After the work was completed on my negatives and returned, I was overwhelmed by the careful work that went into developing the best pictures from the old negatives using the latest tech. Developing equipment.
My second box of developed negatives arrived exactly like the first batch: Beautiful and very well developed. I had a question as to "Why a DVD was not incorporated in this box as it was in the first order."? I submitted this email request on May 23, Sunday & on the morning of Monday, May 24th. My request was answered by Kristin, a member of the Customer Service Team. The response was cordial, very well delivered and completely explained the mechanism in which to place my order for a DVD.
Overall, I am totally satisfied with the way your company does business and for the excellent Customer Service provided.
For the above reasons, I will continue to do business with you.
The movies on line look horrible. I don't think my tapes looked that bad. I expected to get my copies sent to me on a thumb drive or something. I didn't expect to have to download it to my computer. Any DVD's I burn from my computer are going to look awful. I originally asked for my VHS tapes to be converted to DVDs. After ordering I found out that is costs alot extra for DVD's. I also didn't know that I was going to have to pay to keep viewing them on line. I have to pay you for storing my movies. I am just not happy at all with my order.
