I am a fanatic of pictures and videos. In the past, I have transferred my VHS videos to DVD then digitized those. I always thought I had done a thorough job. However, I was wrong. I sent in over 30 video tapes. Every single one has been digitized. Even one that was created with a faulty video camera that I could never watch. I will continue to send in every video I have to be transferred.
Process was smooth and quality was great. I've already sent in my next order.

At first I thought It was a bit pricey…. But well worth it … my whole family cried laughed and enjoyed all the old priceless memories. All the kids are grown now and they didn't remember a lot of those precious moments. So it was worth it

You guys did a great job of converting our old home movies to a modern digital format. Instead of being packed away in a closet somewhere where no one can enjoy them, our whole family can now relive the memories contained in those old movies.
My order was processed quickly and I was very satisfied. Shared with family and downloaded for my self. I will be sending more tapes to transfer.

There was a little problem with my first order. Somehow my tapes got put in the wrong spit and couldn't be located briefly. I called and the situation was remedied but it was pretty unnerving! It's all good now and I love watching my videos!

Converted all of our family home videos from when my children were young to digital and gave this to them as a Christmas gift this year. They were overwhelmed with joy and emotion to receive this as their father had passed away a couple of years ago and they now have the gift of seeing him and hearing his voice again with such ease. We are all enjoying this gift as we watch all our memories come to life again!
This was such a good idea and glad I did it. I would say the only thing I'd recommend is when you say the cost is $14.99 stick to it. I got the box immediately sent it back, then once my tape was received I was notified and then it was another $24.99. Just give the option of what you want up front $40 to convert and download that is it. When I ordered the box it said convert any tape for $14.99 and that was false.
The conversion was fine but had to chat with customer service a few times because it would download after I paid the $24.99.
I would use them again if needed but I'd get all the cost up front first.
