Was such an easy process and with all the videos my family has to convert we will be using the service many times over! Some of our videos were getting old & now i know they are safe and we will be able to keep forever. My Mom filmed everything when we were kids and we did funny skits and commercials on film too, long before Instagram and tiktok so being able to view these videos, some we haven't seen in 25-35 years has been beautiful especially seeing and hearing our Dad, and Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents who we have lost but their memories never die. It's been a blessing to have this service

You probably won't like what I have to say. Please keep in mind I am an 87 year old, technically-challenged, great grandmother who does not understand things like: 'In the Cloud,' Android, 'Digital' (something about fingers?) 'USBs' etc. To me a 'Black Berry' is what I pick to make cobbler. A 'Blu-ray' is one of the hues on a bright color-wheel. I think you get the picture. I have adverse inclinations towards certain things I have learned to use-such as cars (I want to drive it but I don't want to pump gas or change tires and don't want to learn about anything under that hood.) and computers (I want to write & receive e-mails, work tax returns and look up useful information but I don't want to program anything etc)
When I saw your ad about converting our old home movies to a digital format I thought: "why not? You haven't seen them in decades? It doesn't cost to have them take a look & give you a bid which you can either accept or reject." So I bundled them up, sent them to you and waited for THE MAGIC FLASH DRIVE or COMPUTER DISC I could plug in & watch. So when you sent notices advising me such-&-such was now ready to view and I had 3 weeks to see it for free. I just ignored those messages thinking, "I'll just wait until they send me back my originals and the MAGIC FLASH DRIVE or COMPUTER DISC." Imagine my horror when no such device was included in the return package. I was so disappointed! I felt totally 'ripped-off,' as they say. What could I do? I hate like heck to bother my super-busy grandkids for help with my computer problems but I was down to 2wks. Of 'free' viewing. I thought you folks had some nerve to charge me over $464 then charge again to look at what you had produced! Thank God for smart grand (and great grand) children! DD figured out how to grab those digital files out of the cloud & put them within my reach. I have viewed them with mixed-emotions: Smiles when I catch a glimpsing view of my deceased husband (we were married 68 years) and he was the photographer most of the time. But why oh why did he photo 4 frames of the kids and the rest the zoo animals, etc? Anyway. I now can see them on my computer so I feel a little better but I wished you had put them on a disc or flash-drive.
