I had no idea what was on videos and what a surprise it was to relive those sweet memories of such a long time ago. Best idea ever to get these formatted to where I can view them with family. Many tears, but also just as much laughter. Thank you for having this company to do this for people. Turn around time was surprising as well. I think I got everything done in less than a month!
IMemories are great to work with from placing the order, receiving the link to download them, to getting them mailed back to me. I highly recommend using them. It was great looking back at our family films that I never got around to converting myself. We were always sceptical about sending them to anyone, but we were very pleased how professional this was.

My experience was good. I submitted 4 video cassettes for conversion, but iMemories was only able to convert one videcassettes due to copyright conflicts on the other 3. I understand that, and I am pleased with the conversion that was done. Please credit my card for the 3 video cassettes that were not converted. Thank you.
Smooth and streamlined for conversion process and originals return. Very helpful customer service. Only disappointment is lack of advanced features in portal. Overall very satisfied.
A little early to judge but so far so good. A lot more coming for processing. With a steep learning curve for me. This is the family history over 120+ years which I want to preserve for my so far disinterested grand children. But some day they will treasure this, I'm sure.

Everything was good and timely just way more expensive then I expected. What you pay should include either CD's or a flash drive.
Company was very fair and agreed to give me a refund because one of the movies could not be viewed

I received my digital conversion from VHS tapes in a timely manner. My originals were also returned in a timely manner. One of my main reasons for using the service was because of their claim that their equipment and advanced technology being the best in the industry and carefully calibrated to perform the highest quality digitization possible. I was a little disappointed in a few of my conversions that they weren't able to get rid of some of the static lines that we all got on our VHS tapes. This is why I gave it four stars.
