I was happy with the tracking and quick downloads online. I thought I had paid for a thumb drive with my order, but realized I only got the ability to down load which would have taken for ever so I purchased the thumb drive from imemories. One of my most important tapes wasn't downloaded and I was told it had a tape issue, but it should have been mentioned and I am not so sure it did... otherwise, glad to have it all converted.
The videos all transferred nicely. However, I'm beyond upset I have to pay even more money to get CD's. I'm going broke.!
Everything was perfect. I have been thinking about digitizing my videos for several years now, however, I was nervous about mailing off my precious memories and putting them in the hands of strangers.

Very easy and convenient. I sent my videos in my iMemories box, created my IMemories account, and watched my videos as they dropped into my account. Fairly simple to download videos onto memory devices. (Could have been a bit more direction there). Also loved that I could share my account with family and friends so they could watch / save videos too. It was wonderful to have a free month of access to the videos for everyone to see them. Thank you!
VHS tapes were converted to digital! So fun to see old videos! Great and easy process!

Easy, efficient, and turned out better than expected. Still a bit expensive... but I understand the time that goes into the process.
We originally sent our video taps to (ahem) another very-popular service, and they took MONTHS to attempt to process our order, then returned 95% of the tapes claiming they were too damaged to digitize. So, we sent 5 of those tapes to iMemories, and darned if these folks weren't able to convert all 5 tapes, and they turned to order around in just a couple of weeks. We will be sending the rest of our tapes to these folks, and we highly recommend this service - clearly the best out there!
