I'm thankful that iMemories was able to recover most of my VHS tape. I was disappointed that they weren't able to recover the last part of the tape. It was of my husband that passed away several years ago.
I ordered this for my mom. It took awhile for us to get the videos together on our end, but it remained the same great price regardless! I managed to lose the card that was supposed to go with the videos, but a quick call to customer service solved that problem and our videos came back within a month of when I sent them. It was perfect timing to share the memories with my parents and brothers on Father's Day!

Saw your ad online, called, ordered shipping box, sent, received 2-3 weeks later. Simple. (Even for this non savy computer guy)
Once settled on price, everything was done with smooth transaction. Only issue I have is price is based on piece of media when some of mine had 5 pictures to upload vs 20 videos on others.
The only problem was I ended up having to pay for two copyrighted tapes that could not be reproduced.
Every service was a la carte and that was unexpected. I'm sorry I initiated iMemories and not another service

Getting my mother-in-law the catalyst and the ultimate recipient of the process access to our iMemories was a nightmare. She is an 80m year old woman. Quite computer savvy for her age. But She couldn't log into the account. The links from the account didn't work! Had her install the App on her phone. That didn't work. The only way it finally worked was for her to create her own account and import the links. Marketing tool, Hum? Won't even talk about my Wife's joy through the process. I got No feedback there. As the family tech I failed.
The function of transfer was good. The back end not so much.

There are no limits or blocks on how many people can be logged into the account or app. As long as everyone is using the same email address and password there should not be any issues at all. I had 80+ 3 1/4 floppy disks that I needed converted to digital, but I wasted time and money sending them to I memories to get the converted. The only thing they did convert were the 8mm cassette films. Those were done well.

IMemories specializes in creating a digital copy of old home movie films, videotapes, photos, slides, and negatives so they can be viewed again with today's technology. We can not process floppy disks. We do provide a list of what we can process in the Starter Guide that is included inside the SafeShip Kit and on our website at www.imemories.com.
