Only thing is that a few slides were so washed out.
Hi Kay, Thanks for the outstanding review! When we do the digital conversion the slides are cleaned, scanned through dust filters and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. We can not however change how the original was taken or developed. We can not add or remove light where it was not originally. We will get the best capture of your slides based on the original image!
Experience was great all my pictures were downloaded, but the videos were not put onto CD, but that was my fault. They would just be uploaded into a USB.

We had a bunch of old millimeter reels that hadn't been looked at or touched in almost 50 years. IMemories brought them to life. We've chosen to bring our computers to family and friends rather than sending them out. We love seeing and hearing their reactions. Our children are in their fifties but iMemories took back a step in time and let us see them as toddlers and babies. It was definitely worth the money. Our only regret is that we don't have more films to send for digitizing.

The process was simple but if you have old films understand that you may be underwhelmed by what you receive compared to the cost Mine was less than an hour and the two reels were almost 300.00 it was nice to see my family but wow. Sticker shock

I've enjoyed my experience with Imemories from the fedex shipping, and online tracking of the overall process. The app is pretty bare bones and the website has a little more to offer. However it does get the job done and I'm able to download seamlessly. I wish shipping costs were lower but thankful for the peace of mind that my memories are secure. My family and friends have loved watching all of the memories.
