Our experience was very easy, I've made numerous purchase's and even a return, no issues whatsoever. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They are located in BC & I'm in Ontario, the glasses were delivered in a timely fashion. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care.
My overall experience was excellent! The glasses arrived promptly and the graduated lenses are great.
I am slightly disappointed with MY choice in the lenses which are a little darker than I thought they appeared in the online photo. Other than that it was a good experience.
It was a nice convenient, CHEAP way to purchase glasses online (if you know your measurement's) i recommend over purchasing and spending an arm and a leg in person at a store, seriously i bought my single lenses for $30
