I appreciated the double check phone call to make sure the fit was correct because I'd chosen two different frame sizes by accident. Great service!
Pleased with the service shipping was fast price was great, I only wish I could've got amber colored lenses on my basic prescription. I am not a fan of grey tint. Aside from that I'm a happy camper

Once I had been promised that someone will call next day to proceed with return, Never received the call. No one ever call or send at least email.

It took a little bit to get used to the Website but ended up placing an order. After I placed my order I was contacted by a representative and she said the glasses I chose would not work for my measurements and attached a few suggestions. So I chose a different frame and when I received them i was very pleased. Thank you for being so diligent and Thank you for being a Canadian company.
It took a bit to get used to but I got what I wanted. When I receive my glasses I might get more. It will be easier to order next time. Thank you for being a Canadian company.
Love getting my glasses from here! Ordered 3 pairs last year and no issues! They didn't have the right lenses for my sunglasses order but the refund was quick and painless.
