Première expérience pour commande en ligne donc je n'avais pas bien noté tous les détails spécifiques à ma commande. Mais j'ai eu un appel me demandant ce qu'il manquait comme informations à ma demande

Went well and satisfied for the most part but my prescription is complex and with my age and some minor cataract issues never happy with using progressive lenses. The new glasses are an improvement on my old glasses. My new glasses fit better because I got a smaller size that fits well. My choice of frames was questioned due to the smaller size, showing that they were concerned enough to ensure that I got the size I really wantedbefore finalizing the order.

Didn't take long before I got my prescription glasses and sunglasses. They are great quality and superb.

I never feel unsure about ordering. I know I will get exactly what I ordered.

Ilook noticed that I had ordered a frame that was smaller than past purchases. They thankfully contacted me and assisted me to correct my order.

C'était ma 1ère fois à acheter en ligne une paire de lunettes. En magasin c'est devenu tellement cher juste pour une monture et la majorité sont de marques (ce qui ne m'intéresse pas)
Par contre sur IlookGlasses, non seulement il y a une variété de choix de montures pas cher, simple pour tout goût et même la protection en vaut la peine. La possibilité de prendre une photo de soi pour "tester", le retour gratuit avant 30 jours et un arrivage rapide m'ont permi de faire mon choix d'acheter sur le site. Au final, je n'ai aucun regret!Pour le coût de 2 paires de lunettes avec ma prescription sur le site que je suis super satisfaite, j'aurais jamais eu cela dans un magasin standard! According to the shipping site, it says it was delivered but I never received them.
Im not sure what to do - its upsetting to pay for something and not receive it.

Chat response was very quick and answered my questions promptly. Glasses are nice, prescription is OK. As with any online order I find the lens' to be not great quality, but you get what you pay for and these glasses are much less expensive than my daily glasses. I bought these to have transitions and to wear hiking, kayaking etc. Happy for the price!

AS stated very simple and smooth ordering process. I enjoyed the experience and the ease of ordering glasses for the first time.

Good reading glasses. Still expensive for what you get. Not happy with the color of the last order. It shows them as a soft pink online but are actually much darker. Not flattering on me all.
I have ordered several times from this company but I won't be back.
