I think I have 10 or 12 pairs of glasses now through ilook and all have been great. Always impressed on the response to the order and follow ups on prescription changes. I get my glasses quicker than if I ordered them from a store across the street.

This is my second time ordering lenses from ILook. The promo code process or discount doesn't work unless you place another order after the purchase. Good photo try on process, measuring dimensions of lenses and frames are key! I appreciated the communication feedback to confirm dimensions, prescription details before final purchase. The arrival of the product was timely and well packaged. My one concern was the nose pads on one pair which need to be replaced as they are cheap and irritable. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this Canadian product and service.
Felt it was awkward to add and save my prescription. Bothersome to have to enter prescription many times before finally making a profile. Shame you can't choose tint shades at all. Also guess I am used to more updates on arrival etc.
Frame is too big for my face. And I don't know if the lens is accurate. Seems like my eyes went smaller when I put them on. I'd like to order a smaller frame.
Excellent service but need to refine the measuring system.

You do need to get them tightened to fit properly but I love them!

I love shopping iLook. I love that it's a Canadian company. The prices are amazing and it's so easy to select, pay and receive them quickly. They quickly let you know if there is a problem with your order and help you rectify it. Can't say enough good things about this business!
I'm pleased with the site as well as the communication with staff. My only complaint, although minor, is that the "auto tint" doesn't seem to get very dark while outside. Other than that….no complaints. 😎
I have purchased glasses from iLook before. I convinced my wife to buy for the kids instead of orher less capable providers.
Our son's glasses came on time and were exactly what we ordered.
Once I have been assessed for possible surgery, I will be sending you a new prescription for myself.
You guys have been great. Please stay independent from a particular monopoly.
ILookGlasses has what I miss about my previous provider: personal and friendly customer service not like some distant and monopolistic corporation that believes that a "fair price" is whatever they can gouge you for.
I got quality glasses at a reasonable price, and I got to know that the people who were helping me with my order were kind and sincere.
Good experience overall. The only big issue is NO direct billing to insurance companies. You have to pay upfront and then send the invoice/receipt to the insurance company and wait for reimbursement.

Quick, easy...satisfying!
Glasses were ordered and arrived quickly - the fit was perfect - the prescription was accurate. My only little complaint was that the screw fell out of one of the nose pieces the first week I wore one of the pairs I had ordered. Fortunately for the local dollar store and a repair kit, I was back in action after a quick fix!

The site is easy to use, but I sometimes got frustrated because I lost where I was browsing (& filters I had on) because I hit the back button. I like being able to upload my picture & "try on" glasses. Also, if I had to contact anyone for any reason (via email), they responded VERY quickly! And with answers too. One last thing, in the past I've had to return glasses & it wasn't an issue at all & it didn't cost me anything either (even though it was my fault the glasses were incorrect).
Great love them, I didn't know what pair I had tinted. Kinda confusing but it turned out just fine. The only thing is they fall off my face all the time,they need that extra fitting.!
