The shade I received with my first shipment was slightly lighter than I would have liked and I am sure that is was my error in how I answered the questionnaire. However I have to tell you the customer service I received on a Sunday I may add, was amazing. From the minute I emailed to inquire about a possible exchange, in less than one hour my new replacement was shipped! Now that is customer service! I can't wait to receive my order!
I had ordered before and then switched back to drug store brands which I regret. I had to switch back because I love the way this makeup looks, feels and I get compliments on my skin again which is awful. Best product I have ever used and the color matching is great!
