I had a bad experience with the tey before you buy. I tried the foundation and it broke my skin out into a rash. I returned it and received an egift card. I'm too nervous to try another skin product at the moment, so I tried the foundation brush and an eyeliner, we will see.

I wanted to reorder but I wanted to go 2 shades lighter for winter. I asked how you did that. They responded as though I was unhappy about my last order. Had me do the quiz again. Now the number it is recommended isn't anywhere close to the color I had originally ordered. This should have been a simple transaction.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
