I really wanted to try and set up an auto replenish order for just the Black Card Mascara but only option was to re-set up replenishment of the Woke Up Like This Foundation. I think that you should offer auto shipments for any of your products. It takes me a long time to go through the foundation, so I really only need that like once a year... maybe longer, since I do not wear makeup everyday. However, I would like a new mascara every month or so. If you do have those options and I missed it, then making it easier to find on the site would be a good place to start, because I could not find anything! Otherwise, I really like this mascara, the foundation is also good, and stretches really far but I had to cancel auto replenish because I ended up with 3 of them and I had not even finished the first one!
I was skeptical when first ordering their concealer but soon realized that with the quality of product, along with their customer service, I couldn't go wrong trying other products. I am now an avid user on their concealer, mascaras and foundation, amd will never go back! Their colour match is beyonf perfection. Just need then to create a creak contour and blush amd I'll be set! I had my auto order go through back in beginning of October. I completely forgot and didn't realize until today that I hadn't received it yet (Nov. 16). When I tracked the shipment I realized I never updated my address after moving so it had been delivered to my old address. When I reached out to customer service via email, they responded literally within 10 minutes of my initial email and the entire thing was taken care of in a matter of 2 email exchanges over the course of 30 minutes. It's hard to even get that sort of service on the phone nonetheless over email! Needless to say they are sending me a new package as a one time courtesy since I was way past the exchange/return window AND helped me update my address. Not only are the products amazing, so isn't the service! I love Il Makiage!

No matter whether I am having a issue with color or ordering or discounts I have never been disappointed with the feedback that I received from the care team and I must say they're really hasn't been a product that I haven't loved except for maybe choosing the wrong color

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
