I had good customer service with this product. This product is also very good and probably the best foundation I have ever used.
1. The questionnaire gave me the wrong shade of foundation. 2. I was forcibly put on an autoship for that wrong color. 3. It took TONS of effort to change colors. 4. I tried to cancel the autoship 6 months ago because I was moving. 5. Makiage continued to send the autoship to my old address, continued to charge me, and continued to send THE WRONG COLOR. Nothing about this system seems to work. Ironically, I actually like the foundation (once the color was right), but I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone purchase any product from this website. It's a nightmare of glitches.
The shade was too dark for my skin tone & didn't cover as well as they make it seem in the ads. Then after 5 minutes or so I noticed my cheeks & neck were red & warm. I washed it off immediately & luckily it didn't get worse.
Even if I didn't have a reaction I would have still sent back for lack of coverage & unmatched color tone.

I have been using this primer for a year or more and I can't believe the difference it makes! I can't put on make up with out it. Fact is I can't not put it on even if I don't we're make up! It's so soft and smooth and leaves your face feeling like silk. So my message is buy it! You will not regret your purchase!

I love what I order from IL Makiage! The mascara is amazing! I recommend everyone to try it. I've also tried the concealer which was a perfect match and finally covered my dark under eye circles. Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
