Made am order. But to many ad on pop ups before the checkout. Also I changed my mind about auto replenishing and it says can cancel anytime. There is no button to notify you want to cancel. I can't remove my card details until I add another. To many issues. I've yet to try the product, but this has put me off slightly

So I've been seeing ads on Instagram for a few different products from this company. I've always been interested in trying a few things but they're very expensive. I decided to buy one item and during the checkout process there website was laid out in such a weird way that I ended up clicking on a second item that got added to my order and I couldn't remove it so I ended up paying for two things instead of one. There's no customer service phone number to call and speak to somebody so you have no choice but to send an email. The emails don't get responded to quickly enough. They don't cancel orders. And you just have to wait until the products arrive and then return what you don't want using their online return process. I think it's ridiculous that they don't have a customer service phone number to get help and I think it's ridiculous that you can't cancel an order once you've placed it. Their website is designed to get people to purchase as many products as possible and auto subscribe to Future orders.

Horrible cheap foundation! It's so dry and makes my skin looks flaky and mature. It does not match my skin color either, even though I did the test and said I have DRY skin and need MOISTURE. Complete waste of money
I started receiving compliments on my makeup immediately after I began using the Woke up Like This foundation and the concealer. It is awesome in coverage and how well it matched my skin tone. Doesn't look like you're wearing a heavy foundation and my make up now lasts much longer than any other product Ive used previously.
The color that was sent was just a little bit lighter than I preferred. They have already ordered a shade darker and sent it on it's way. I very much appreciate the quick response time and of course the free replacement. I think this foundation covers the very best of anything I have ever used.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
