I didn't like it, it doesn't do what you'll said it did it's just like too light
Took a little while for my order to arrive (2 weeks). The product is high quality, feels comfortable, clean packaging, etc. The color seems off and i can't quite put my finger on it. It's leaving a plain paste like appearance, meaning it makes any natural glows or hues disappear. I think maybe I just need a lighter, more translucent version of same product. I plan to send back and try again as I would really like to get it right!

Charges you before your purchase and refuses to refund. I was charged $134 and have no product. You couldn't pay me to ever use this company. I want my money back now. The email sent (AFTER my purchase, where I was clearly mislead to believe I was only paying $6 upfront) states the charge will fall off in 1-4 days. It's been 6. I want my money back. I am told to make a return to get a refund but I have no product to return! Customer service replies are clearly copy paste. Just refund my money. NOW.
Took the quiz online, to find that I got more emails and notifications from them than I get from family. I somewhat felt a bit of pressure to which I caved. With this, I received my product and feel as if I need the same ring light all of the models/famous folks used while applying the foundation. I primed, and completed all required steps to find that the product wipes off to easily and it dry's my skin. I wanted this to be the holy grail of foundations, but seem to just need the same products I've been using. Let down by the possibility that I am spending $50 bucks on something that is not for me.

The shade was a bit darker than my face and I emailed them over the time they guaranteed due to travel(me) they are sending me another shade, fast friendly customer service! Oh and the makeup is amazing leaves your face looking flawless
It took 3 days shy of 4 weeks to receive my original order. I returned it because I was pissed. However, they still wanted to know what they did and how they could make it better? I also received follow up emails yes emails. It was getting on my nerves but made me want to give them a 2nd chance.
This beauty product are true to their promises you could see result. I would highly recommend to try these products you will be amazed of the result. The first product i purchased was a foundation woke up like this and i could not believed the magic in it.

Garbage! I did the "try before you buy" I used the product one time then sent it back! I put it on and i looked like a pumpkin! The shade was completely wrong despite taking the quiz AND sending them a picture of my face! It says let it set for 5 minutes so okay I did... no better! Not to mention after a couple of hours of wear, it completely dried out my face! I had red spots, dry patches, and bumps all over! I applied the makeup Sunday, and here I am on Thursday still struggling with how this product made my skin look and feel! Moisturizer on hand at all times! I also put in the quiz that I had dry sensitive skin! Awful do not recommend!

Saw on tic toc went through the entire questions for try before order. After my card # in the receipt had me billed for the full amount of foundation and an add on( no idea what that is)

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
