I'm not satisfied at all with the foundation. I feel it's too red/brown for my skin, and it doesn't go smooth on my skin. It almost feels like a foundation "gone bad" feels and looks patchy. And thick.

Had an auto replenish and annual subscription, ordered was supposed to have come in october, never came and nobody could tell me why, was sent a second time, never came, never got tracking info it never left. I have security cameras it definitely never came. Emailed a third time to follow up, couldn't tell me where it was or why it never came, refunded me and that was the end of that, reached out again, they told me they reviewed and saw i was already all sorted, so it never came, we don't know why but we refunded you. Sorry you can't place an order and we don't know why. Said my mascara would be resent as that was a pre-paid subscription, that was 3 business days ago and I still have no tracking info. Every item before October has arrived no issue.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
