The replacement key fob I purchased from iKeyless is perfect. I'm pretty sure it has a greater range to my car then my OEM one with new batteries did. Fast shipping, and an excellent product. I'm glad I purchased from you guys, same OEM product, just at a much lower price than dealerships. Their customer support is also very friendly. I was dubious about this site but willing to give it a try. My dealership was going to charge me over $200 for a new keyless entry remote. I spent less than half that amount and was able to program the remote myself. It does take a few tries to get it right (think of it like programming your TV remote). There are several steps that seem random (like opening and closing your door and turning the key on and off) and you'll feel incredibly silly doing it, but if you follow the steps to the letter, it will work. Many thanks to Shawn for answering my questions quickly.

Given the annoyance of losing a key in the first place, the disruption was considerably ameliorated by the opportunity to order the appropriate key blank from iKeyless on-line at a reasonable cost with prompt delivery and have the replacement key cut at my local hardware store (took maybe three minutes and they did not even bother to charge me). This is my second time ordering from IKEYLESS and I've been happy every time. I ordered a key and two remotes for my vehicle. One remote didn't take the programming, but after calling them they quickly emailed me a shipping label and I was able to send the remote back. They told me once they received notice from the post office they would ship another remote out. And it came within two days. The new remote programmed with no issues. Shawn (*******).

My experience with iKeyless was great. I bought two keys to replace my lost car key and I received my shipment on time. The keys were cheaper than getting them from the dealership. The customer service personnel I contacted was pretty strict about their key-cutting policy, which did not favor me. However, she was doing her job and I thought it was a good work ethic. I would definitely use their services again. I am also sure that I am NEVER going to lose my car keys again.

The key fob worked better than factory. Shipping was less than two days rather than as advertised of 5-7 days.
Just follow the vehicle manufacturers instructions for programming, mine was quick and easy.
Received a follow up email from Sarah with customer service to ensure all was in order.
Don't often find customer service like that.

My experience with iKeyless was nothing short of excellent. I found them on a Google search looking to find spare keys for a used car that I had just purchased that only had one key provided. Keys were delivered 3 business days later that work better than the one key provided. Victor helped me with a follow-up question and the keys were apparently out the door. Would definitely recommend and use iKeyless again.

I found the web site through on line search. I ordered my first Remote with hesitation because it seemed too easy and price was fair. When the item arrived for my GMC truck it had no instructions. I called and spoke with Sarah. Within a short time she emailed me the instructions, the programming worked easily. I ordered a second remote. Everything was included and service was very good. I was very impressed by their customer service. I had an incident take place, nothing other than someone being human, and JOHN took amazing care of me. Granted - we do not have to order keyless remotes or keys often, but when you do you want to go to a company you can trust and stands behind their product and treats you well... this company and John has done just that.
