I needed help creating a job posting. Having my dedicated support person from Ihire was tremendously helpful and effective. I got my posting published in minutes snd it was even fun!
I consistently had problems logging in... the site included outdated jobs (WAY outdate)... never saw a listing that I had not already seen elsewhere. Then they billed me $75 to renew (don't know where they got that number because membership is only supposed to be 25-35). As soon as I saw the charge, I requested that the account (which I had not used since I found no value) was cancelled and the charge refunded. What did I get - a big NO. They said I paid and could enjoy the rest of the USELESS membership - they refused to refund. DO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE CHARGED HIGH UNAGREED TO AMOUNTS FOR AN EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.
**UPDATE - While I did not find their service useful in my career search, they finally did reach out and agreed to refund the $75 "renewal" fee that they had charged and I had requested refunded. They made that right.
I was expecting more insight and assistance and was disappointed. I did learn more about how the site works which was helpful, however won't renew my membership next month.

Suggestion was to list my degree as "Bachelor Degree in arts" to write for the software matching program vs. the program handling standard degree references!
The web page link leads to a page with jobs with no link to the job site, so that you can apply to them. Instead it tries to sell you on their resume writing skills for you to try at a cost to you.
I have tried several other hiring services and I have only had results from iHire. I will never go back to any other hiring portal, I will only use iHire.

The user interface is very nice and clean. Not finding great quality or quantity of candidates from those that apply yet. It may be too early to tell.
