My shipment was lost in transit. Called IHerb and spoke to Leslie. She said I needed to call FedEx and the local Post Office, which I had already done before I called IHerb. She said that I would need to keep checking with my Post Office. Really! I told her just cancel my order. Leslie said that she couldn't do that. Again Really! I was getting really stressed and she finally said she would refund my money. SO STRESSED FROM THIS!

I live in Canada and I ordered prenatal vitamins from iherb. However, when it got to customs the package was hold. In the meantime, I read horrible reviews about the vitamins I was about to consume and I decided to refuse the package and ask for a refund. IHerb contacted me a week after I requested a refund, saying if I refused a package, then I would not get a refund back. I would have to "pay and accept the package" and then "pay to send it back" and then, when iHerb received my product, they would refund me with my initial cost less 20%. IHERB ARE insanely irresponsible and not honest. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Be careful everyone! Iherb's website is very misleading and their delivery dates are incorrect. I thought my order was going to be dispatched from within the UK because during checkout, my order was only going to take 3-4 days to be delivered. After receiving dispatch email did I realise it was coming from America! Now the parcel is stuck in America and has been there for nearly a month, iherb was not helpful and reminded me they would only refund me the order, (more than £400) if they get the products back undamaged!
If I knew it was coming from America, I wouldn't have made any orders! And the parcel can't enter the UK because the herbal supplements are banned in the UK. Iherb's website, I believed the stock was in England and all the legal stuff and any paperwork was all done so they were allowed to sell the products in the UK.
I contacted iherb on many occasions, not only are they rude, they take no responsibility for misleading their customers and even have the audacity to say, I won't get a refund unless the products are returned!
I doubt they will reply to my email about DHL, I have little hope the company will do anything. Their thieves, don't shop from them.
Horrible wouldn't begin to describe the nightmare experience I've had with iHerb on my last order. My credit card company shows and has confirmed that iHerb charged me nearly $300 for an order they never shipped. I sent them multiple emails including a screen shot of the charge on my account and they still say I wasn't charged. I don't think they even checked. They blamed a "technical issue" for never shipping the order and cancelled the order rather than upgrade the shipping to get it to me sooner which still would have been a week late. This is continuing to take time almost every day to try and get this fraudulent charge they've been notified of and sent proof of removed from my credit card account. There is NO way to talk to anyone at iHerb, all communications are now online putting you at their mercy of dysfunction. Unbelievably bad business and one of the worst experiences with an online merchant ever. What makes this even worse is that this was a domestic order to Colorado and I'm a long term customer that consistently places expensive orders. I would give them negative stars if the review site allowed. Don't risk your time and money ordering from iHerb when there are so many other options available.
IHerb is promoted by Youtube influencers and has cheap vitamins. I ordered from them on February 17th, before the COVID-19 situation was stopping shipments. They dragged their feet and didn't ship my package until a few weeks later. Once they did, it got stuck in Hong Kong for customs clearance for a month. In the meantime, I was obligated to leave the country I was in for the past several months, with no ability to get the package once it would arrive. I told them all of this and they were just sending out boilerplate emails, saying there are severe delays. No kidding, but I literally have no way to get the package that you didn't even ship out for two weeks!
They are still refusing to acknowledge anything I said, just sending template emails. They should refund money for products not received. Otherwise, it is considered THEFT.
I am contacting every single "influencer" supporting this company, so they can be finally exposed for kicking people when they are down during this pandemic.

My experience with the products they sell is perfect, BUT experience with HIW THEY DEAL WITH CLIENTS is THE WORST, I recently face! After I made my first order and got a box, I realized that one of the items, I had ordered and paid is missing in a box, I contacted the company, I got stupid apologizing in a style "bla bla bla" no any explanation why that happened. They offered mi refund of money. I accepted. The mistake could happen, OK.
I ordered the same item again, and add other items, not to pay the shipping just for 1 thing. I got the box. All items were inside it, except the main one, the one that was the reason for all that order! I contact the company again. Again the same stupid apologizing without explanation. I had a feeling that I'm typing with a robot! Last time when I had the item missing in my box, I have got the same answer, like that time! I didn't get any answer to my special questions! My anger grew after they send me the approval of a money refund where they count $32.00-$2.00=$28.80! What is that mathematics? Do they really think that all are nuts? For my question about that, I had no reply at all. I was trying to contact clients support several times, with no answer.
I don't consider that as a mistake anymore, but as insolent and inappropriate dealing with the client! That was my first experience with your company, and sure it is the last one!
My son girlfriend ordered R26 000 worth of goods from them.
Got into SA and apparently was destroyed! So no product received and still had to pay UPS R7000 to store the goods / shipping.
What now?
I bought 4 bottles of progesterone cream last november: never arrived, but I was refunded. I ordered another similar box: the box never arrived and I got NO refund. I ordered AGAIN (last January) another vitamin: it never arrived and no refund, too!
Now I order from another firm and progesterone cream arrives regularly.

Please think twice before ordering from these people! I went to the iherb page, placed an order for £48. As you pay in £s i didnt realise they were in america. You check out like you do, clicking buttons. Thinking it was UK i didnt even think to scrutinise the page to look for there may be duty charges... that was tea time. Dhl messaged to say they would deliver my parcel with a £21 waybill charge. I immediately got back to iherb to request a cancellation. (the next morning) i couldnt do that, i could request a recall. Now for some reason, you can request a recall but that doesnt mean it will happen?! Apparently. I spoke to dhl and they said just asked them to recall it, simple? No not at iherb. Nothing done. Live chatted again friday, same response. No help, thought i might be actually talking to a robot. Have spoken to their head chatter this morning who informed me i may as well pay the customs charge as a recall could cost as much as $50! Both times i asked for recall parcel was still in US!
So dhl are trying to get me to pay £21 so they can deliver, not happening, on principal i will lose the money ive already spent. Im hoping paypal may help. Please be careful when ordering from UK as like me, you may be ripped off!
This site ripped me off my rewards because my account "was created in Russia". Like 10 years ago it was created there. Since then I moved and am a legal resident of the USA since BEFORE the war even, I do not support war. I changed my settings on the site: location, currency, language - everything American, even my legally changed name.
