Dmitry, Donna and Den Kon at "I Fly First Class' have been taking care of all our travel needs for about a year now. During that time I've always had the best prices and a stress-free planning. Each time, I simply call them (talk directly or leave a voicemail) and get quick replies. All of those agents I worked with are super nice and intelligent. We will be certainly contacting them for all of our future flights.
I don't usually write online reviews but I felt I have to give credit to Dmitry for finding us Singapore airlines fare to HKG. He was prompt and responsive the whole time. Seats are assigned. We are all set to travel
Den Kon at iflyfirstclass.com gave us great service on two of our most recent business trips. He managed all the minute details expertly and got us terrific deals, even on our last minute flight. For some of the more complicated trip issues, he provided excellent solutions that really improved the entire experience. He also gave us a tip for future last minute bookings: leave a voicemail message for iflyfirstclass.com staff if you can't talk to someone right away. That way, they can get started searching for last minute flights right away. Apparently, the sooner they can hunt through the deals, the better bargains they can access. I would recommend Den Kon to anyone planning a trip.
I tried to change a flight because there were change of plans and Iflyfirstclass representatives are very accommodating. They were also pretty transparent as far as charges go and they explain them thoroughly.
I've always flown coach on my many trips to Europe and Asia for my business. I recently decided to make my aspirations for flying in the front of the plane a reality. After searching the web, I landed on Dmitry and IFlyFirstClass' service, and I am so grateful that I did. They booked me a fantastic deal on roundtrip business class tickets between Chicago and Seoul, and I couldn't be more pleased. Yes, even business class bargains are more expensive than flying coach. With Dmitry's help, though, the flights weren't nearly as expensive as they would be if booked through the airlines or other sites. I'm a convert; I'll never fly coach again! Thanks, Dmitry!

I thought no website consistently has the lowest prices until I partnered with IFlyFirstClass. The guys have been very helpful every time I book a flight. I am with them for months now and they have consistently book flights for me with my preferred date, time, price, fare class and airline.
Dmitry is amazing! He is very quick to respond, helpful with my international requests( last minute as well). He even notified me several times in the middle of the night because my layover flight has been canceled. Dmitry and his agents did an amazing job getting me the trip that had to happen the next day. Dmitry worked pretty hard to get that flight. Several times I though it is not going to happen, yet, I was able to get to Cologne on time. The flight was very comfortable and pleasant.

I wanted to surprise my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary with a trip to Paris in business class but couldn't figure out all this different airlines and prices, so I needed a professional advice. I Fly First class sent me a few options with the pricing and explanation of the service and seats you are getting for the price. When I was choosing between two airlines they even sent me a picture of what it will look like in each of the plane. My agent was very helpful and easy to reach. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. I will come back to them for my honeymoon arrangements, hopefully soon :)

My team was tasked with getting an implementation team from New Jersey to Brisbane. We immediately called I fly first class and asked them for information on how to get there within the timeline we had to get the implementation completed. They helped us with flights and accommodations and answered any questions we had along the way. It was a great experience!
I had a sudden trip to China to plan right away, but I didn't have a big budget to use for the trip. Finding an inexpensive last minute flight was proving impossible unless I wanted to make a gazillion stops along the way and fly at awful times. Even those incredible inconvenient flights had ridiculously expensive business class tickets. Dennis at IFFC came to my rescue. His patience and expertise found me a convenient, affordable option and saved the day. I recommend IFFC to all!
