This was our first experience with iflyfirstclass.com and we had a little trepidation at first. But, dealing with Dmitri was always quick and to the point. We needed a one-way flight to Tokyo and he was able to suggest to us a First Class seating on ANA rather than the Business Class tickets we had started out with, all this for a good price. After getting Dmitri's booking information, we checked to see that our booking was really on the ANA site and it was. So, we relaxed and looked forward to our one-way flight to Tokyo and it was simply terrific! We will certainly ask Dmitri to help us with our next international flights, without any trepidation this time.

I recently purchased tickets via iflyfirst. They have a good customer service, had no issues with my flight. It took them few hours to get all ticketed, I tried adding my frequent flyer number and was told this ticket doesn't qualify for miles. Still was a good deal
