If customer service means something for you these are your guys. I had multiple changes to my plans and my agent Julia was very easy to work with and very efficient. Calling the airline was always a nightmare with the long hold times but calling my designated agent was so much easier. This company has a very competitive prices also, so I found my go to travel agency that I'm very pleased with.

Dmitry has been missing in action ever since I paid for two multi city tickets to Italy two weeks ago. He claimed to have gotten me two business class seats with Lufthansa, but a Lufthansa agent informed me that no tickets had been issued nor was there a confirmation number for flights. In addition, Dmitry knew nothing about covid tested flights until given that information by me.
He assured me that he would take care of ticketing issues with Lufthansa and would telephone me and send flight information by email.
This has been a terrible experience. A scam operation. Beware!
